DECEPTION ET REMBOURSEMENT ATTENDU
Ma commande du 5/01/2026 ne m'a toujours pas été livrée malgré mes nombreux messages.
Donc, je pense que je ne commanderai plus jamais chez vous et je voudrais être remboursée d'autant plus que vous avez été très rapide pour accepter mon paiement par CB.
La date d'expérience ci-dessous correspond bien au message de Mondial Relay qui dit "aucun colis ne nous a été confié à cette date"

I’ve been using the Gallinée universal skin cream for just over a year, and I’ve seen a marked improvement in my skin.Im 46yrs old and I have combination skin, with very dry patches. As well as Rosacea. It’s moisturising, yet lightweight. Its helped improve the texture and tone of my skin, and I would highly recommend.

Es la segunda vez que compro en su web. Me enamoré en enero del tónico de vinagre y ya es un imprescindible para mi. Después de probar muchas cosas acabó en dias con dos años de acné hormonal, me salían granos quísticos y dolorosos en la zona inferior de la cara que me duraban meses. No me han vuelto a salir y además me encanta cómo me deja la piel, luminosa y con los poros minimizados. Se lo he dejado probar a amigas y a las 2 les ha encantado. Esta vez he querido probar el jabón corporal y fue otro acierto, para la zona íntima es perfecto, me lo llevé de viaje y me resulta más practico que llevar botes y por supuesto más ecológico. El servicio de atención al cliente es fantástico también. Hubo un error de comunicación en unos e-mails y lo solucionaron a mi favor y muy rápidamente. Mi próximo objetivo es el contorno de ojos, me han hablado muy bien de él. A mí desde luego me han ganado con los.productos y con la atención, que muchas veces hace una gran diferencia en una marca. Gracias!
