Pre-order number 14395
I placed an pre-order with them on 8th March 2022 (!) for 2 copies of Warhammer Quest: Cursed City.
The next I heard was 23rd March 2023 saying they couldn’t fulfil my order on the first batch (despite ordering over a year ago) and to wait for 2nd batch.
Today I received another email 1yr and 4 months after ordering saying they’ve changed websites, are cancelling my order and to reorder again from the new website… which when you try says they are out of stock!
In addition on the latest correspondence, my order was re-dated on their email header to 8th February 2023 - they also made reference to an email they’d sent ‘last week’ apparently advising me of their change of website - which I never received.

Obviously I can just purchase this now from a range of other retailers.

Even without the change in website, why could they not fulfil the pre-order given this game has been available to buy for a while now? Or at least have let me know sooner.
Why also claim that I can still ‘pre-order’ when you go to their website and it says ‘out of stock’.

I ordered a Games Workshop kit which unfortunately included the wrong sprue, but Peter got in contact with GW the same day to get a replacement sent out to me!

I'm a wally. There I said it.
Christmas was over, we were on New Years Eve, my head was full of food-guilt and I had Xmas pennies burning a hole in my pocket and decided to buy Dinosaur World for myself, along with Trails and the best price around was Gamers at Hart, a store I'd not used before.
A few days passed, and I thought to check my order and realised that I, being the wally I am, had ordered the wrong game. I'd ordered Dinosaur Island and not World and so sent a message via Messenger to the store to see what I can do to resolve this. This was on New Years Day and the store was closed but, within an hour, they had repled to say not to worry and they'd amend the order when they reopen.
The item was then posted on the 4th, arrived today and, as promised, included Dinosaur World!
As first impressions go, could not be better and I would hartily (fnar fnar) recommend this store for your gaming needs; I know I'll definitely be shopping with them again.

Good price and swift delivery. A misprint in the game (manufacturing fault) meant a piece was incorrect.
The store were great at keeping in touch, and remembered to contact me and update me (unprompted) several times. The replacement piece was sourced by them from the manufacturer and is now in the post heading to me at no cost along with a polite email letting me know. All along the way they've been personable and proactive, and I've felt like my problem was a priority at all times. Fantastic customer service and will gladly use them again. Other orders have been similarly excellent experience and without the manufacturer error.

Sold the game for the cheapest price going, it arived on time and in perfect condition.

There was a mix up with my order that was immediately rectified when I emailed them, and I was given a discount. Item was sent out on a 24hr delivery and received by me the next day. Great communication throughout, and cheapest price on the web. Cannot fault this companies work ethic and eagerness to please. Fully deserve a five star review.

Ordered the new Catan Dawn of Human Kind along with Carcassonne Big Box. Both arrived very well packed and protected and in great time, will be using again in support of smaller game shops. My only feedback would be to perhaps move over to Shopify, Woo Commerce is a little clunky.

Found 2 items out of stock everywhere else, great price and free delivery over £20. Delivery and communication was prompt and stress free.
Package itself was extremely well packaged alongside a nice personal note.

I received my game from the company chuckled when I saw that a gentleman Peter wrote me a thank you note by hand and this touch it was quite unexpected by hand and and made me feel that they take that little bit more care are than other companies receive me my game on time I'm and yes it was in in good condition

I've now ordered three times from Gamers@Hart and the service is always first-rate, so I'll definitely be ordering again (and again). The prices are among the best around, particularly when you factor-in the FREE shipping. Each item is perfectly wrapped and protected, and the personally-written note is a nice touch (hope they can keep that up as they become bigger, which they inevitably will because people appreciate great service). Dispatch and delivery is usually on the quicker side of the 2-3 days estimate, and somehow they've magically got my local postal depot to deliver to me on a Sunday (twice)!! Keep up the good work.

I have made an order on Friday and today I got it. Very quick and fast delivery. Good package. Very nice note from Peter and Jeni.
