GAP has truly exceeded our expectations with their recent design and installation of a new conservatory on our property. They are currently in the process of replacing our fascia and soffit. The transformation is nothing short of spectacular, and we couldn't be more delighted with the final outcome.

Throughout the entire process, the installation team exhibited remarkable friendliness, politeness, and respectfulness. They diligently cleaned up any mess created each day. From our initial interaction to the project's completion, every member of the GAP team, especially Alex, their Area Manager, demonstrated unparalleled professionalism and ease of communication. Without reservation, we wholeheartedly recommend GAP for their outstanding services!

I recently contacted GAP as an elderly close friend of the family was interested in getting a quote for some new windows in their home. Nick contacted them and booked in a time to go and meet them in Oakington and they signed up straight away. The price was just right and the service from Nick was excellent. A great service! Thank you Nick for being some courteous and professional - it made all the difference for our friend who was hesitant about organising quotes.

Fantastic service and care taken with my installation. Claire, who was my project co-ordinator, kept me informed and my main fitters, Jason and Damian couldn’t have been more helpful. I am so pleased with the result and the after care service has been brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the team.

We are delighted by our new front and back doors supplied by GAP. From quote to completion, the company have kept us informed along the way, and this week their fitters arrived and installed our doors with minimum fuss. You get what you pay for and these doors are excellent - not only do they look great, they will help with heat loss, and cut down our bills! Would highly recommend.

Very happy with GAP. They have now fitted us a new front door (October 2020) and new windows, soffits and fascias (January/February 2023). Nick has always been helpful and friendly, honest about what they recommend but without feeling pushy, and reasonable on the occasion that we queried a price (but generally we haven't needed to do so as prices have seemed good value for the product quality!) Everyone involved in the work has had the same level of professionalism while being friendly. While there have been some delays on occasion, these haven't been too long and are understandable (due to weather etc). Would recommend and may indeed use them for further work this year!

This is the 2nd time we've used GAP. The first was for our Solidor front door and now for a fantastic set of bi-fold doors.
The service was great, right from our initial meeting with Nick in Sales through to Roy project managing and running the job from start to finish. They both went over and above and kept us updated with timelines and any changes that may have occurred. I would highly recommend GAP for any works you may be considering.

From start to finish the team at GAP have been outstanding.
Clear communication throughout, work carried out professionally, all staff very friendly and approachable, easy to get hold of and answer any questions, overall fantastic customer service.

We had our conservatory replaced due to various faults in the original. The work was carried out by two professional fitters who were friendly and helpful despite the inclement whether they carried out their work efficiently and with good humour. Our choice to use GAP was definitely the right one cannot recommend them more highly. A job well done.

We have used GAP twice we had a solidor on our first and just had 6 Roseview sash windows and 3 Residence R7 on our second. The whole project both times has been perfect we got everything we wanted and the windows have transformed our house and now it looks like it should. The two fitters are a credit to them and when we asked for certain things done slightly different to our requirement it was done and never forget about.

From salesman to the very last trade to finish off the work with had done in our house we cannot fault. 10/10 standard of work, great price, will highly recommend to friends and family.

Its sometimes the little things that make a difference. So, my whole house window and door replacement went well, as expected, and everything is pleasing to look at and a huge improvement on the Everest windows they replaced - draft-free, quiet and well finished internally! A small problem though - a decor cover to one of the screws on a window catch was missing. Not a biggie, but upon contacting Matt at the office, he said a replacement would be sourced and sent through. Sure enouigh, I have just received said cap which is now in place. No fuss, no drama - just a courteous hand-written note. THAT is the way to deal with things when something doesn't go entirely 100% to plan. Well done GAP - thoroughly good service and highly recomended.

Just had a new “warm roof” put on our conservatory. From start to finish we had excellent service. The roofing team, plastering team and electrician were all really great guys, very professional and done an excellent job. Thank you

Excellent service from start to finish. Only a 6 week wait from ordering, and very pleased with my 10 new windows. Stuart the fitter was very competent, experienced and a generally a lovey guy. He took notice and was understanding of the fact I have a 16yr old very timid cat, and worked the window fitting around her. A big thank you to him and the rest of the team. One very happy customer.

New Bay window, a glazed door and 2 other windows fitted expertly and we are very happy. The experience was good from start to finish and all staff have been very professional and we were made to feel like the work was personal to them and that they valued the custom. Fitted and complete 6 weeks after order which was a very efficient lead time. One fitter arrived and Stuart was excellent and very meticulous and made sure that everything was the way we wanted it, I can honestly say that Stuart went out of his way to make sure the fitting was done correctly. We would highly recommend this company and will have no hesitaion using them for the next phase of our work

I would have given more stars as the product and installation were as good and as expected. However, the customer service changed as soon as the work had been paid in full. We have been reassured countless times over many months that our outstanding issue will be resolved, but each time they have not honored their word. Can't help but feel that this issue would have been resolved promptly if we had withheld the final payment.

We have just had French doors replaced by GAP, and have been greatly impressed by this company from first contact to installation. Friendly, helpful,knowledgeable, ultra efficient at all levels from area manager to superb office staff and installer. They strive for customer satisfaction responding quickly to all contacts providing top quality service with top quality product and fitting all
at sensible prices. We shall certainly use them again.

We wanted a new Solidor front door and approached GAP to help us. From the very first contact with them, we had excellent service, advice and help. A special mention to Nick who helped us get our perfect new door - he made us feel very welcome, and offered lots of help and advice while we were choosing the door.
Callum and Brandon fitted our new door, and they were brilliant - very polite, professional and friendly. They took time to clean up when the work was finished and they have done a brilliant job.
