Swing Hammock - Very Poor Customer Service
I ordered a cover for my swing hammock which was delivered on time. But the quality was not what I was expecting. The plastic was incredibly noisy and we were not able to pull up the cords sufficiently to stop it billowing out. They advertise 100% satisfaction guarantee but after several emails about returning it for a refund, varying from not having to return it, to being sent return labels which did not appear, to being asked to send it back myself and finally a courier collecting it, I was then told that I wouldn’t be refunded as the package we returned it in was damaged and the cover was dusty. I think they kept fobbing me off and were hoping I would give up pursuing a refund but I’ve now come to the end of the road. Their guarantee is meaningless.

I have just received a black garden table cover. I didn't expect much because it was really cheap. Received within a few days and this a quality item. Amazing for the price. Rugged design, which fits the table perfectly and looks really good. I would highly recommend.

Garden Furniture Covers - Unreliable
Garden Furniture Covers is part of a parent company, Sixty Stores.
I purchased ‘in stock’ items that I am still waiting on almost 4 weeks later.
I have attempted to cancel and requested a refund but have been ‘fobbed off’ with promises of delivery.
They obviously are advertising false information with their ‘in stock’ status.
The only positive I can give as that they have responded to emails, albeit with false information.

I bought an outside garden cover for some new furniture arriving tomorrow.
Order placed late on 1/7 and although I got no shipping notification (which should have landed) a chap from FedEx knocked on my door earlier today (3/7) with a parcel that was my cover.
Item is exactly as described and overall I’m happy.
Order never arrived
Ordered an item from this shop, after over 2 weeks it still hadn’t arrived (well past the 2-5 day timeline I was given) despite the customer service email telling me it will arrive on a specific day. Apparently the supplier has moved warehouses which is causing issues, but it was clear the item was never going to arrive. I did get a refund, but would definitely not recommend this shop based on the lack of information that was given.
Avoid at all cost
Avoid! Order hasn’t turned up, several weeks after ordering (18th May) and customer services team no longer responding to any emails. Have asked for a refund but again haven’t heard a response.
Very poor after service support
In May 2022 I bought 4 Oren The Luxe Covers from Furniture Covers website (part of the Sixty Stores group). Despite the original 7 years manufacture guarantee stated in Garden now the covers started to tear at the seams.
On the 21 of August 2024, I contacted its costumer services explaining what happened and afterwards I received an email asking for dates and order number, I duly sent the information requested.
Since then, I haven't heard from them. I tried to speak to someone on the phone to no avail since there is a recorded message informing there are very busy.
I can but conclude that the guarantee it is no more than a window dressing in order to attract customers. I wouldn't recommend anybody to purchase anything from this company because if something goes wrong there is no way to speak to someone to sort out the situation.
Customer service is poor
Poor customer service. If you return an item you will be waiting a long time for a refund and have to contact them many times. I have emailed 6 times and still not resolved.
Absolutely appalling customer service
Absolutely appalling customer service. I am still waiting for my cover some 5 weeks after I ordered it. Not the 2-5 day dispatch listed on the site. Allegedly two of them have gone missing 'in the post'. No reply to emails so you have to call.
Avoid
Avoid! Don’t be lured in by the ‘free’ delivery. This company still have my money and I don’t have my goods. They use the delivery company APC, no one’s heard of and the delivery options are useless. They tried to deliver twice (once on a different day that I requested) then the goods went back to GFC and the delivery company said ‘it’s got nothing to do with us’. Ive contacted GFC customer services on numerous occasions and I have asked for a full refund. To date they have not responded. They still owe me money for the goods I have not received. I don’t know what else I can do - any ideas? Please save yourself a lot of hassle and go to Argos or John Lewis.

Unbelievably poor communications and…
Unbelievably poor communications and responses regarding misdescribed items on their website. The administration team proved themselves to be repeatedly incapable of understanding that a customer ordering a polyester cover (as described as such on the company’s website) had a right to expect a polyester cover rather than a cheap pvc version. It took a week of repeated emails in every moment of free time to finally find someone with any common sense.
I don’t think I have dealt with such incompetent administrative staff in a long time. An administration that saps the energy of its customers - if my prolonged pain in dealing with them is typical.

well i am pleased to read that some of the customers have had a great experience, but here's my experience, i have had nothing to do with the company after promptly delivering the items last year, but having gone through one winter and the both covers have now not only lost the colouring but they have become fragile and ripped in a couple of places, when i approached customer services they said because they was just outside the 1 year warranty period, they wasn't anything they could do, i even asked for a discount code to buy more , they just stopped answering emails, so i hop my experience allows you to make an informed judgement
Outdoor table and chair covers
I ordered two table and seat covers for the winter to keep my furniture clean dry and frost free, the process from start to finish was great with quick delivery , I will even use these during the summer keeping leaves off and stop the birds from messing on the cushions so I do not need to keep packing away all the time, would highly recommend these products

I ordered my furniture covers and they were delivered sturdily packaged, the next day. On opening, the cover is thick and durable and fits perfectly. I am really pleased with the product. Great customer service - fast delivery, reasonably priced and a great product. Thank you.

My covers were not delivered by APC courier, although shipped out efficiently by Garden Furniture covers. Charlotte in customer help has been extremely helpful and kept me informed of enquiries with APC. I am pleased with her help and efficiency. I will be getting full refund. Thank you.
