The Merchant cannot be trusted!
The Merchant refuses to rectify an error. The item I ordered was not shipped. Instead I received an item one quarter the size. Regardless of providing a photo, they say the error is at my end. Do not deal with this Merchant. They have no regard for what they ship or a desire to make things right!

Excellent construction, uncomfortable texture
While the construction is very well done, I should have investigated the materials. It feels more like plastic and can be uncomfortable in hot or humid weather.

Overall experience was great, the only frustration I have is that the eye holes didn’t go all the way around the cover. I planned on them being all around, and now it’s not fitting right.

Great experience overall

Very happy. Measurements are extremely accurate and material feels premium. So far the area has only had a light drizzle of rain but the covers are so far waterproof. I’ll update my review if I experience otherwise. Im optimistic.

Deck sail
It is a well made cover and was delivered in a very timely manner it is a heavier material than the ones I have gotten locally in the past with much better attachment points. The only issue is that it was manufactured to the measurements that I provided and I understood that those measurements would be reduced somewhat by the company. With some modifications I managed to make it work. I will reduce the measurements myself when I order the next one.

disappointed in the stitching
The quality and durability of the material looks good, however, when you pay over $200 for a cover and most all of it is single stitched appears to be cheaply put together, the length of the cover lays on the ground about 3 inches seems to be a little long so in my opinion, it’s not the custom cover. I thought I was gonna order.
