It appears that the order was despatched on a Thursday which resulted in delivery being delayed until the following Monday by which time the plants were suffering. Although I potted them up immediately on arrival, several of the Phlox and two (out of three) of the gerbera have not survived. It's a shame that you use Yodel - they are notoriously bad and I would not have bought from you had I realised in advance that they are your preferred delivery company

Have lost most of the plants as received them in the heatwave so too hot to plant out

The plants arrived well packed. The lavender plants were fine, but I was disappointed that the other purchase didn’t have any of the bright colours shown in the ad. When I expressed this, you were good enough to give me a refund (although I would rather have had the plants).

I have been buying plants from Gardening Direct and before that Jersey Plants for many years and have been for the most part very satisfied with what I received. This year the plants seemed to come from “You Garden” and they have not done at all well. I ordered Antirrhinums but when I arrived there were many broken plants and they did not look healthy. They sent replacements and nearly have of these were broken. I also ordered a number of Begonias and have been planting these for years and lifting for winter storage and replanting. This year the begonias have taken ages to grow and many of them have barely grown at all. I am baffled at to what may be different. I did not want replacement Antirrhinums this time but did say how poor the begonias were and if they had any spare going I would have these instead. Unfortunately I have not received anything.
I assume You Garden are now part of Gardening Direct and I am thinking the plants no longer come from Jersay but something seems to have changed

We ordered a 50th Wedding anniversary rose to give as a present, but the one that came had no buds, a few dead leaves and very little new growth. We were embarrassed when we gave it to our friends. Very poor quality.
