the flower plants arrived almost dead, they had been tipped from their container and were a complete disaster, I have informed your Staff who told me to try and plant them to see if they could survive, I am not taking the trouble to plant dead plants in containers

The plants took 6 days to arrive
Please only post to Jersey on a Monday. Yodel take them to Portsmouth and Jersey Post collect them off the DFDS boat, customs opened them, and Jersey post delivered them. Only food has priority so they could be sitting at Portsmouth until there is room.
The plants took 6 days to arrive and were extremely dry because of the heat. I brought them because the ones I ordered earlier fried in the sun. Well, we had a few days of 37-39c here in sunny Jersey so I also lost my carnations. Overnight they all went brown and dry but it was 25c overnight.
They are now out in the shade and so far are recovering but cannot plant them out because the same thing will happen.
Might need to buy some bougainvillea for next summer!!

I rang the company and was given a refund.
I rang the company and was given a full refund as the plants that arrived were dead or dying. They had been posted a full week+ before they arrived with me. I hate to see plants destroyed like this and it has left some big gaps in my garden.

These come in a 2 x pack and I am so pleased with how well they were packed for carriage, they arrived looking healthy and very established. Dead plants
The fuchsia baskets arrived quickly but one of the plants was clearly dead with others very limp despite the compost appearing moist. We fed and watered in the hope they would revive. We complained immediately and have received half the cost as at the time we thought only one plant was affected. Since then the other fuchsias have died and we are left with one good fuchsia, one not too bad fuchsia and two hanging baskets. Very, very disappointed and would not purchase again
