I was surprised how long form order to delivery would take. On arrival the plants were of substantial size but unfortunately there was damage to a few due to the transportation process. They were somewhat expensive. Those that have bloomed have been of good stock.

Hanging baskets and garden plants.
I've bought a few hanging baskets and garden plants recently from Gardening Direct and been absolutely delighted with the quality.
I had one small issue where there was some slight damage to a hanging basket, which I'm guessing happened on transit, but customer services responded very quickly and resolved the issue. 1st class service.

I have never been disappointed with any…
I have never been disappointed with any of my deliveries or the quality of plants in the past they have always been absolutely perfect and delivered in perfect condition and on time, but unfortunately, according to my track parcel updates I think they were in transit to long from when you informed me that they had been dispatched, 3 of the Fuchsia's out of the 6 were crushed and very dry, but more disappointing was the Lemon Tree that I ordered for the gentleman I ordered for his 80th birthday as I am his fulltime carer, was so dry and 5 of the 9 lemons that I guess were originally on the tree had fallen off the tree and loose in the box
