SCAM COMPANY! DO NOT BOOK! We used GB Coach hire for a round trip from Brighton to Skegness in Oct 2024, there were around 40 of us and we paid £1750 I think. After arriving late and with no working toilet, we finally got to our destination after a series of poorly planned stops and having to negotiate with the driver. We waited for our return trip and the company stated they had to find a new driver and that we had to pay again. They left us stranded 6hrs away from home after drawing it out for hours. Many had to get hotels overnight at their own expense, and we had to get trains all the way back taking 10hours with lots of luggage. It damaged my shoulder injury further and I know it affected many others health too. The financial, physical and emotional strain caused was irreparable as it affected work, babysitters and medication. We have still had no refund and the manager (Yusef) is incredibly rude. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Horrible company left alot of us stranded far away from homes, with some of us with kids waiting at home. Had to find alternative ways to get home without money to spare on the travel

Horrendous experience, after fully paying for two coach trips, my group were left stranded, no refund and no alternative to getting home. This caused unbelievable amounts of distress as well as causing several travellers to spend more money after already paying for the coach.

Do not trust this company at all, find a better more reputable service and save your money.

This company left about 40of us stranded 5 hours away from home after a festival after we had paid upfront £1700. They also arrived half an hour late for the first journey taking us to the festival. We had to then fork out for alternative journeys home, some people having to get hotels and some people unable to make it to work the following day. 6 months later and still no refund or word from them. AVOID!

Left about 50 of us stranded hundreds of miles from home on the Monday morning after a festival meaning we all had to find alternative ways home and some of us had to get for accomodation for the night.
The coach was pre booked and paid for in full, and was used to take us to the event a few days prior so there was absolutely no excuse.

We were told by the driver on the phone that the company had not paid him, so he was refusing to pick us up, so I suspect they also scam drivers too

As the coach was pre paid and we had all had to find alternate transport and/or accommodation for the night this collectively cost us thousands of pounds. Despite months of contacting them, we have been ignored and are now starting legal proceedings, which they have also ignored.

Looking at other reviews, it seems like this is something they do quite often, so please avoid them at all costs.

Booked a round trip from Brighton to Skegness. Outbound coach showed up half an hour late, with only one driver and no working toilet.
Return coach never showed up, after the company called our lead booker and extorted more money out of them. A large group of us were left out of pocket and stranded, having to spend even more money on train journeys home.

I would leave 0 stars if possible. Booked with this company well in advance and sent full payment, they use a different coach company (who they also didn’t send payment to) to cover one way of the journey but for the return they did not turn up or provide any coach, did not notify us that no coach was coming, and left 30 of us stranded 5+ hours from home. We had to then fork out to find alternative transportation last minute.
They stole £1700 from us and still almost 6 months later we have had no sign of any refund. Complete SCAM of a company, do not use.

We had good communication from driver and Yusuf (who arranges the bookings) at a competitive price for the journey. We were a party of 11 and had plenty of room in the minibus.

Turned up early, called to let me know that he’d arrived. Pleasant safe drive into a busy city centre and turned up on time for return journey. Everything you could ask for from a minibus when entertaining clients.

Travel from Stansted to Birmingham and back. Everythink was ok.

The bus was really nice and the driver was very accommodating to us and made it a very comfortable and safe ride to the airport

I just used them for a job I needed to get people from one place to another a few times. I booked with not so much advance notice and they were able to help. They were super friendly and responsive! Would definitely use them again!

This is a scam company. They stole £1700 from us and left us stranded 5hrs away from home with no bus, having done nothing to help other than boo k another coach company to take us one way (then not pay them either). They have bases in Dubai and are operating using a company name that went bankrupt in COVID

OMG, if only all coach or transport services was like these guys - no one would have any issues. Friendly, quick turnaround service, sense of humor, my family and I felt safe and comfortable. Customer Service is top notch.

The website was v user friendly, it gave me confudence as i receuved several confirmatiins.i used the taxi for my drive to my wedfing, the driver was early, courteous and added to my day

Quick and friendly service. Needed a coach hire for a group of 11 with lots of bags on the same evening. Yusuf was very quick to organise and confirm the coach hire with the driver details. Very pleased with the service provided at a reasonable price at a very short notice. Thank you.
