Our experience was really great,the driver was really patient and understanding when we couldn’t find him in Manchester and tried be as helpful as he could,our friend didn’t feel very well the drive stopped and did look out for him too what we really appreciated also even tho it was his last trip of the day he agreed to do 3 more stops to get everyone home safe.
Overall we had very pleasant experience.

All the positive reviews are bots. This company is a total SCAM. Please do not give them a chance.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. I booked this company on the 5th of August 2024 for a coach to take 8 people to London on the 1st of October 2024. I paid £200.00 deposit of a £900.00 total cost. Yusuf sent me a WhatsApp message requesting I leave a Trustpilot review, even though he hadn't provided a service. Their Terms and Conditions state that the balance should be paid before 21 days of travel. I emailed Yusuf on the 9th and 11th of September to pay the balance and he didn't respond to either email. We are travelling tomorrow and as didn't contact me, I had no choice but to book another company, as 8 of us are attending a wedding on the 2nd of October. Today, the 30th of September, I received a WhatsApp from Yusuf requesting I pay the driver £700.00 cash on his arrival tomorrow! Unbelievable. I emailed him requesting my £200.00 deposit and he has informed me that deposits are refundable. This is the scam, lure customers to pay a deposit, then ignore them until they have to make other arrangements. I will be taking this to Small Claims as he hasn't provided the services he was retained for, as per his Terms and Conditions. PLEASE READ THE OTHER BAD REVIEWS!

Would recommend GB Coach Hire
Yusuf was helpful with the booking of the bus for a return trip to and from a family party. He provided a quote easily and changed it after numbers were confirmed with no issues and payment was easy.
Bus driver was really nice and phoned on the day of the journey to confirm details and was on time for both journeys.

A great price quote was provided for our 52-passenger trip to Wales and great customer support was provided throughout the process. I would recommend it to others as it was a reasonable price offered on multiple occasions.

Taxi never turned up, tried to phone, no answer.. simple response from them the next day. “Yes?” 👍🏼

Book at your own risk of having to walk home

Coach never picked us up, left a group of us stranded in Lincoln at 5am after s night out. Also didn't respond to any WhatsApp messages, emails, or calls until 10am to tell us that the minibus had broken down.

Booked a 12 passenger taxi that never showed up at 5am, left us stranded, they weren’t contactable at all, wouldn’t answer the phone and didn’t let us know until the day after that the bus had ‘broken down’ only positive is that we got a refund

I wish I could give less than one star! They left 11 of us stranded in Lincoln at 5AM no contact no answer when we phoned and text. We paid lots of money and ended up having to pay so much more to get taxis and Ubers back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM

I give it 3 starts as the drive arrived on time and picked us on time which was no issue. The only downside was that my driver rang me 4 hours before confirming who was coming. Then rang back 10 minutes later saying he’s not coming because he’s not been paid. Then rang me again to request a refund through the company and pay him directly instead! What a joke. However from speaking to Yusef straight away he sorted this was sorted and no issues. I believe GBcoachhire is reliable. It is just the driver who we had unfortunately. I would book again in future and hope not the driver we had

Quotation reasonably compared to others for the same tripe.
Croydon council Dementia Cares sponcered day outing.
Council messing with the final number but company beard with the changes.
Now hoping Coach will arrive in time and carers will have a great day out

Very bad service

Cancelled or pick up with 25 min notice of the morning when he was picking us up.

Told a whole load of lies about our refund as we paid in advance and in full.

Now he’s sending us silly messages about how he has refunded the money then he will if we remove reviews and he’s just really so unprofessional and untrustworthy

Really Shame but at most he’s caused a lot of unnecessary hassle and stress.

Stay well clear.

Minibus hire for 7 people without any problems.
Would have been 5 stars, but website doesn't have facility to build intermediate stops to pick up people (these types of stops cost extra).

Good price for return journey compared to other companies at short notice

Yusuf the useless

Cancelled our mini bus with little to no notice ( 25 min before pick up ).

Then informes us that our refund will be made but it never land in the account , he then states that unless my friend removes his review we wont get the refund meaning it had never been prosseced anyway.

If we had read prevouis reviews we would have never booked with Yusuf as they are of similer status No show and No refund.

Gb Coach Hire also seem to trade as other business aswell that have again similer reviews No show No refund.

I would stay clear..

Shocking service.

Cancelled or mini bus 24 min before pick up lied about making refund, then WhatsApp’s is to say if we removed the review he would refund us our money.

Avoid at all costs

Yusuf excepted booking for a golf day and txt 24 min before pick up and cancelled our bus he has then failed to refund the monies.

Not good business ethics he advertises as coach rentals hire also.

The Rowing Ireland team booked GB coach for a Rowing event in Strathclyde park Scotland on the 27th July. A team of 80 people needed 2 buses to collect us from the airport. Shuttle us from the Rowing course and back to the Hotel for 2 days and then bring us back to the airport after the competition. Everything was spot on and all the bus drivers were so nice and helpful.
We could not fault this service and lead9ng up to the event yusuf was always at the end of the phone to confirm everything. Will definitely use again.

We had a fantastic experience with GB Coach Hire. Yusuf was extremely helpful in arranging a minibus for us at a very reasonable price. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommended!

Not got the bus yet, but very good service soo far from Yusuf 👍
