I started off not too happy with Gearvet - but after i voiced my concerns, i am happy to report the company is making good on their word. It is good to know a company stands behind their product and customer.

One great looking Marine Corp cap. Material and workmanship are top notch. It your looking for a military item this is a good place to look.

I recently bought a “Premium US Air Force Metal Sign” from gearvet.com. The “premium” should be in double large quotation marks, because there is absolutely nothing premium about it. I’m hoping that somehow I was scammed with a spoof site, because I was incredibly disappointed and dissatisfied with my purchase when it finally arrived today. It’s advertised to be ok for use inside and outside. However, the metal is so thin that it arrived very bent. I equate the thickness to 2 pieces of poster board put together. The steel must not be very good quality, because it bends incredibly easily. Additionally, if I did put the sign outside, it would rust in a heartbeat. The front side has a slight coating of some kind on it, but the back is completely bare metal.

I assumed that a company named Gearvet that sells US military related items is an American company that creates American products. I noticed that when the item shipped, it had an odd shipping tracking number. After looking into the tracking number, I found that the item shipped from China. I inquired about this via the email address provided on the company’s website. The response was that the company is based in the UK, and the products are made to order from China. As a retired military member, I was quite angry at this, as it provides a completely false narrative to the consumer. I bought a cheap metal piece of junk that is meant to honor my branch of service that I love from an overseas company that outsources their products from China. I wish that I could upload pics of the purchase to accompany this review. I am incredibly disappointed and disgruntled with this purchase. I do NOT recommend purchasing anything from this company, if you’re looking for a quality product to honor the US military.

Gearvet is amazing the customer service is wonderful even though it's all through email. I always heard from them within a few days. I had an issue with my item and they took very good care of me and sent me a 2nd item. I accidentally hit the wrong size. I received it and they sent me the correct one right away. I highly recommend this company

This is a great co. to work work with. They saw a problem I had and quickly helped me out. I would order again.

I was trying to purchase one hat from this company and they duplicated the order and ordered two more I've contacted them without speaking to a real person just getting email and I cannot get anybody to speak to me and they've charged me $58 for two more hats that I did not want and I keep speaking with somebody named Jack and Cindy they keep saying the tickets made I've sent my phone number and nobody will get back to me I've notified my bank I have to send all of the emails to my bank to see what I can do about getting my $58.98 back I don't think this company is doing a real good job for a first time customer i also would like you to know that i'am a VETERAN.

I ordered a zip up hoodie in the wrong size and the company was very gracious and helped me resolve the issue.I will certainly purchase from this company again.

At the age of 72 there are few surprises left,but your store renewed my faith in patriotism! Great products and prices for any vet. Highly recommend and will spread the word to other veterans.

Customer service for this company is Great and friendly and I am so happy with my jacket it fits perfectly with very nice material I wear it all the time and I enjoy it

I had size issues and Proudvet365 went up and beyond to make me happy, and they did. My Navy Veteran Jacket is perfect and their products are fantastic. I get a lot of compliments on my jacket and it keeps me proud.

I received my veteran case for my iPhone 16 Pro. It is absolutely amazing. The display of my Marine Corps info makes me proud to carry it. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is because nowhere could I find where it was made. I decided it was probably a US company. However, after multiple e-mails with the company because it was taking so long, they informed me they were an overseas company. The end product is great but they should inform buyers upfront that it will take longer to get the product and where they are located.

Everyone that I dealt with in your organization was truly professional knowledgeable and really easy to work with they all went the extra mile to make sure that I was satisfied not many companies around that do that any longer.

Gearvet is awesome! Their customer service is exceptional. I placed an order for a zip up hoodie and had second thoughts on the size. I messaged them and they responded quickly saying they would change the size with no problem.
My dad is a navy vet, I got him the aircraft carrier hoodie and it looks amazing. He was on the Saratoga so he loves it ! Great quality of a print!

I love my army jacket. This jacket is very well made, comfortable and very well made. I get so many compliments on it. Everyone ask where I get it from. My fiance bought one after he saw mines. Now we have matching jackets when we go out.

Ordered a personalized U.S. flag personalized with my step-son's military history late 4th quarter 2024. The flag arrived within several weeks, but lacked some of the military history I requested. I notified the supplier who authorized a replacement flag with the requested data and no additional cost. The replacement flag has been delivered and we're very pleased with the way it looks. In addition, I did not have to return the initial flag. Great service!
