I ordered a special Air Force Veteran phone case. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. They have gone above and beyond to help me correct this and honor my husband's service. Thank you!

Ordered hats and shirts and not really happy with the final products. The pictures online compared to what I got were not what I expected. The writing on the hats is quite small and you really can't read it from a distance. You have to be right on top of it to read it. The shirts are a nice material but not exactly what I thought they would look like in person. The sizes are good though. Took quite a while to get my orders also. Spend a lot of money and not happy with the end result and of course there are no returns. Will not be ordering from this company again.

Originally, I thought there was a mistake in the shipping time or my item had gotten lost, but after contacting customer service, I realized the concern was unwarranted, it was a pleasure working with Lisa and customer service. She is very knowledgeable and respectful. My custom made hats are of the finest quality, workmanship, and material, they are the best in my military hat collection, and I have 22, lol. I have only worn mine a few times as I just got them, but have received compliments each time. All my Veteran friends will be ordering their own custom hats from this company, I highly recommend them
for your own custom made military hat, I will wear mine proudly.

Received wrong size shirt. Gearvet was exceptional in fixing the problem,unlike some online companies. Will do business with them again. THANK YOU!!!!!!

I ordered a shirt without looking at he size chart. When it arrived, it was too large for me. I contacted the company and got a quick response. The shirt was true to size, and I was given the opportunity to order another shirt at a greatly reduced price. New shirt arrived and fits perfectly! Can't say enough about the terrific customer service at Gearvet. Thanks Cindy!

Mistakes were made and I got the wrong size shirt but Gearvet came to the rescue and offered to send me the right size at no extra cost to me….. Need I say more “Great People”

Bought a US Amy hat it looks good on the photo. But like another post from a military veteran it’s a very cheap made hat with some kind of polyester looking material. They told me the hat came from either the US or the UK. But on the shipping info it came from China. Then on the plastic bag it had someplace in California. Well I want to know your military ID number. I think this whole company is a scam.

The customer service is outstanding as they were very responsive when I had an issue. The response and resolution was great. The response time was very good with answering questions and bringing me up to date information on my order and questions. Special thanks to Lisa for the support given.

I ordered a Vietnam jacket for my relative birthday 75 yrs old I wanted Sargent stripes on one sleeve and the flag on the other on the back was the Vietnam veteran symbol jack and Cindy helped me I waited a while for the jacket but it was well worth the wait it was perfect it fit Brian perfectly the stripes were on and the flag a beautiful job Brian was emotional to get such a get gift thank you jack and Cindy from Gearvet I recommend them highly

I received the queen size comforter set. It was too small for the bed. However, I contacted Gearvet and they are replacing the set at no charge.

The cap has brought many questions as to where I served and where did I get it. You guys know what customer service is all about. The first cap you sent was not to my liking so I contacted you and you immediately sent me a replacement. I haven’t had that kind of service in many years. I have had many compliments on the cap. I inadvertently ordered the wrong size shirt and contacted customer service. The customer service team is a 10. They communicated quickly to resolve the issue and were outstanding. Not to mention the variety of designs is amazing and the quality is second to none

Gearvet offers beautiful graphics and outstanding customer service! I've purchased 4 sweatshirts and 1 polo shirt from Gearvet. The graphics on these items are awesome. I made a mistake on the size of 2 of the items, but their customer service corrected both mistakes before shipping after I immediately emailed them about my mistake. The sweatshirts are lightweight, suitable for wearing in the Spring, Fall or cool summer nights.
