Kettle packed up after 7 months

My husband brought a kettle through Debenhams' in august 2025 by march 2026 it has packed up. We contacted Debenhams who said it was outside their 6 month return window, however should be covered by warranty. They advised contacting Geepas directly, currently no response.

Air purifier parts not available

I bought an air purifier, which worked well. However, the water filter after a couple on months became mouldy. So I contacted them to buy a replacement filter for the water section. This is the 6th week I have waited for them to send me a replacement. I get emails telling me that they are waiting for the part. If the replaceable parts are not easily accessible why sell the product. Just constantly told they are still waiting for the part.

I bought their 3 in 1 Mixer grinder via…

I bought their 3 in 1 Mixer grinder via Amazon, arrived. Plugged it in, turned it on, sparked immediately. Amazon refunded me, but now I am left with a broken plug socket and a trip to the tip.

Great stuff, read a review where someone had the same issue, check the Amazon reviews out.

A boiler I purchased stopped working 1 year into its 2 year warranty. Emailed Geepa and was extremely pleased with their quick response to the issue.
Emailed me clear and precise details of how to return with plenty of options of how to return. Very easily carried out.

Geepas offers good producs.

Geepas offers good producs at very resonable prices. After ordering, however, the tracking is a bit awkward but apart from that I would recommend them to others.

Excellent service! The packaging was very secure, and delivery was incredibly fast. I actually made a mistake with my shipping address, but customer service was quick to respond and sorted it out immediately. Highly recommended!

Retro kettle and toaster

Retro kettle and toaster, worst quality I've ever had in a kettle and toaster, kettle doesn't fit properly on the base, the GEEPAS logo has fell off the kettle, and is starting to peel off the toaster already, very flimsy plastic buttons on both,steer clear not a great company to deal with, I was in a desperate situation so had no option but to keep these, they offered a 10% partial refund on my sale items but the 10% refund was applied to the full price, I struggled to get them to understand this.....no sympathy whatsoever when I explained my situation.

The Bluetooth Speaker i bought from…

The Bluetooth Speaker i bought from Geepas is Faulty it wouldnt connect,The Volume on off faulty and came off, They do not usually send a Return Label They Make it difficult to return an Item thats the issue with these shop. They have some Good stuffs but once you buy, its difficult and hell to return if faulty please correct that and send return labels With Package stop Putting customers reall distress to get return labels.
