No response to warranty claim
Followed their instructions online to raise a claim for an item I have registered warranty for. Their own website states a response within 24 hours, it has been two weeks and I am still awaiting any response - having tried across email, Instagram and Facebook. So it wouldn't surprise me if a negative trust pilot review is the only way to get them to move to action.

I ordered a product with next day delivery which didn’t even get dispatched for 7 days. The product itself if fine but I sent 2 emails within this time period for an update as well as a social media message and had no response from any of these messages.

Item has still not arrived although …
Item has still not arrived although confirmed despatched 4 weeks ago. Previous experience has been good. Customer service took 2 weeks to reply "looking into it", since then no contact. No functioning phone number, no further reply to emails via support, no complaints process. Other item ordered at the same time was delivered promptly.

Geepas 2600W dual zone air…
I bought a Geepas 2600 W dual zone air fryer with 3 baskets, 3 weeks ago.The delivery of the item was as agreed, within two days. The product is very sturdy. I am very pleased with the instructions and as it’s an upgrade from a smaller air fryer, I am used to the instructions. The food is cooked to my liking. I haven’t yet had a chance to use the 10 L big basket. Good point is you can set up to finish the two baskets cooking at the same time. Very pleased with my purchase.
