I requested my payout after making 3 k they didn’t get back to me for 2 weeks then declined it for no reason stay far away people trust me !

Yeah they don’t pay out they said all my trades was the same as others some sort way to avoid payments so they don’t pay out 79% win rate 19% lose rate they don’t want traders they want to take your money do promos to get everyone on board then decline payouts simple I made 10k on 100k an they say all my 10k trades was the same as others some sort of way to avoid them paying up an they say you have breached your account but no problem just go again we deducted your profits lol funny ferm don’t get your accounts from here big scam people say your money don’t do what we done you can only trust the big ferms FTMO AN COUOLE OTHERS AN NEVER AGAIN WILL BUY FROM THIS FERM AGAIN

I can't withdraw my $3,000 in profit because they won't KYC verify my documents even though I have sent them to them.
I have sent emails, written to instagram, and written to chat, but no response. Is this place going out of business?

Upon earning profits on a $100k account, I paused trading to verify the pay-out process. It became apparent that conducting KYC on their website was impossible due to a persistent error message, likely intentional. Despite reaching out via email and website messaging, I received no response, indicating suspicious activity.
I will be now initiating a chargeback through my bank for the challenge fee.

Update 16/04/2024: After notifying my bank and leveraging Visa Law, the chargeback proved successful. I urge anyone who has fallen victim to this scam company to reach out to their bank and initiate a chargeback, clearly stating that you are a victim of fraud and that the company in question is engaging in deceitful practices.
Providing evidence such as Trustpilot reviews and screenshots of all correspondence sent, along with highlighting the lack of responses, can bolster your case. Additionally, this measure should ideally disable their payment terminal, halting any future card transactions with potential victims and hopefully a criminal charge.

Such a bad company..ive had a payment request denied for 3kon my one 200k account and i had one approved on my other 200k funded for 500 dollars and its been a month and still nothing..scam company dont ever use them and let them go bust! They dont deserve to be trading at all..fuckim bullshyt company hope they all rot in hell!

I requested a pay out on the 8th of this month, its now the 27th and still haven't seen anything come of it, even tho its been approved. they are terrible at replying and blame everything on being backlogged. SCAM company stay well away and don't give these people your money because you will see no return

Scam actually have passed my account without problem got approved my payout but never seen my money after 30 days of approval don’t buy here other propfirm pay not genesis

Funded account was passed but they do not fix KYC issues for more than a month. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. They do not reply to emails but only in the support chat after a day or 2 with no proper timescale or outcome. Without a KYC verification you will not get a payout.
