You will never get your payout, after declined my payout without any reason and stated that you violated IP address/ copy trade rules. I would say 10 challengers only 0 will get the payout

This is realy scam company. So please anybody please dont buy any account.

Got Scammed. Purchased a 10K challenge, paid in BTC, payment completed but order been moved to status Cancelled.
Tried to reach them out through email, live chat + DM on Instagram.
No phone number, no email that answers you. Only general and evasive repsonses through their DM, and its even before i started trading.

Sum up: they took the 90 USD paid, and never replied.
Their telegram looks bad as well, they are NOT INTERESTED in anyone contacting them. So many other prop firms that are more reliable than them, dont even take the risk wih your money spending on them.

HOPING THAT REVIEW WILL HELP SOME HERE!

These guys won't pay, and it's not because you didn't follow the rules, it's because they aren't paying anyone please read their comments on inst a before buying, basically you will get an email saying blah blah and that's it... I suggest everyone who has been scammed file a Complaint with eight cap appendix b form and Internet complain center [ic3] so they don't scam others

I held off writing this review in hopes they might actually be genuinely behind but its been 2 weeks + without my approve payout. Chat advises the same that its been escalated

A shame as the spreads and website is actually really smooth - as you can see from all the other reviews they aren't paying out so please read before purchasing a new challenge

This prop is a total scam. Stay well clear.
I have carefully followed all their rules on every trade I placed, trading manually myself from my home ip address. then apon submitting my payout request , they refuse to pay using the excuse "COPYTRADING/IP " thus is complete rubbish and I have seen many other people across social media saying the same about them. They are using that excuse on everyone.
Honestly if you're considering using this company then I'd look elsewhere.. genesis forex funds are a total scam

WITHDRAWAL DENIED FOR 100’s of people.
DO NOT BUY ANY CHALLENGES. No matter what you do, they will deny withdrawal and not get back to you. The WORST prop firm there is. Still surprised why they are not banned completely.

This prop firm does not even deserve a 1 star.
PLEASE PLEASE DO NO BUY A CHALLENGE AS NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO, they will make an excuse to not pay you. It is all scams. Whether you pass challenge yourself or use a bot or anything, they will NOT pay when it comes to Payout day so please do not buy unless you are an idiot as I was when I bought and passed a 200K account.

I bought a funded account back end of February (which I recieved the details to straight away) .. Passed it and got my funded account the next dat. Went onto make another further £5k on funded. (waiting for payout).... Meanwhile I bought another 100k account on the 2nd March 2024 while I wait for the payout on my first one. But ever since then I have not been able to access my Traders Dashboard as it gives me a "Critical error" and something to do with WordPress. I've been trying to contact them for days and all they have been saying to me is " we will try resolve this ASAP" but they haven't not done anything in the last 2 weeks. I'm still not able to access my traders dashboard. I'm getting extremely frustrated and upset

this prop firm is a big SCAM...I made 4% the first month by following the rules, and they just banned me for no reason, without justification... if you don't want to lose your money stupidly avoid this prop firm, it doesn't even pay one times...they just take your money, make you believe it works by giving you a demo account then if you lose it's your fault, and if you win they banned you for no reason and you can do nothing about it

Which is crazy, I've been trading for over 5 years and am able to show them how and why I've taken every single trade.

It was going to be my first payout as well which makes it even more annoying.

This company was paying out left right and centre then all of a sudden they disappeared and stopped paying out it's quite obviously a scam and the support will give you the same bland answers over and over again. Do not purchase

Genesis have unfortunately stopped paying people. Their etherscan payout wallet now has 1.4k left inside it and has been completely drained. They have done a runner. Not worth buying an account as you wont get paid. They will say you have COPYTRADE/IP issues.

Scam. Now this morons are cancelling your orders while taking your money. You will get nothing. Avoid them at all costs!

If you value your hard-earned money, stay away from this company. I don't even know if this garbage of a contraption is worth being called a company. It appears it's being operated by one person who has absolutely no idea what they're doing.

I requested a payout and all I ever got was an automated email saying my withdrawal request was being reviewed by their "team". I tried reaching out to their customer support for updates after a few days but got no response. Email, live chat, and Instagram all led to a dead end.

Absolutely unprofessional!

Check their official Telegram channel and Instagram page and you'll see that the last time they posted about payouts was in January. Yet they keep selling accounts taking people's money.

If you're reading this and you're thinking of giving this company a try anyway, thinking your case will be different from those of the people complaining about this useless firm all over the internet...well, go ahead and waste your money. You'll be back here to add to the piles of negative reviews once you've wasted your time, effort, and resources.

Don’t purchase any challenges - I am claiming my money back from my credit card company. They are fraudulent.
