Great store for interior designers!
I had several queries prior to ordering and the team were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. I ordered material swatches which arrived very quickly.
I made my choice and had to arrange a specific delivery date to my project site. The team was very patient and accommodating. My experience has been positive all the way through. Thank you.

Do NOT purchase from this company! Non existent support, very late delivery, defective merchandise.
I returned defective product, and got no replacement or refund!
I had to dispute the payment through the bank, because they would not respond my many emails.
My email is associated with the order. So they are liars too.

I placed a four-mug order.
The four coffee cups I got are fantastic, and I'm pleased with them. The mugs are gorgeous and the perfect size. They have a fascinating pattern on the inside and exterior. The shipping was swift, and the pricing was reasonable.

Emailed customer service at least 6 times for a refund for a discontinued item and have not received a response.
On January 20, 2022 I purchased a watch for $600 using PayPal as payment (Gessato order #70074-182101). The specific watch I purchased is a Issey Miyake Trapezoid Grey Watch in Steel. On the very next day, January 21, 2022, Lloyd G. from Gessato Customer Service reached out to and told me they did not have the item in stock. The expected wait was 4 months and they offered me an alternative should I not want to wait. I responded that I did not mind waiting for the watch that I originally ordered, and he responded back that they will reach out when the order is ready to ship. Per the manufacturer website the watch I had ordered has now been discontinued. Concerned I decided to reach out to Gessato Customer Service for a status update on September 25, 2022, over 8 months after my original order date. Keep in mind that the watch was supposed to be available in 4 months per Gessato Customer Service. I emailed at least 6 times for an update, and I have still not received a response from Customer Service. I filed a complaint today with the Better Business Bureau with supporting documentation.

Your order was placed on August 9th. Immediately after the order you have sent 4 emails to customer service and created a lot of confusion about the delivery address. We have responded to each of your emails in a matter of minutes and confirmed the shipping for August 12th to the address of your choice.
As per our communication we have issued you a full refund. We do not wish to do business with you.

Unique products, bad customer service
Gessato.com is a company that has interesting, unique design ideas and also sells a variety of home and personal goods, However, their customer service and communication stinks. I recently received an order from Gessato that contained the wrong item, which I promptly returned using their pre-paid label. It's been over a month and I have not received my refund despite repeated emails and online chats attempts to contact them, which have been completely unsuccessful. I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint and learned I'm not alone - BBB has multiple similar complaints from customers being completely ignored by the company after receiving incorrect items or no items at all. Buyer beware!
