Une arnaque. Commandé depuis plus de un mois, avec deux mails de réclamation jamais de réponse ? Après cette publication j'ai reçu plusieurs mail, pour me dire qu'il suivais le colis, et de leur redonner mon nom mon adresse. Et je me suis aperçu qu'il envoyé le colis au Sénégal ??? Je leur ai signalé que mon adresse étais en France. Ils m'ont dit que dans ses conditions pour me rembourser il leur fallait pleins de papiers. Ils se trompe d'adresse, et ne peuvent pas en envoyer un autre à la bonne adresse ? Pour l'encaissement il n'y a pas eu de problème. Bizarre

First off the instructions were very vague, evidently whoever wrote the user's pamphlet doesn't speak English. I just felt the product wasn't producing much hydrogen, if any. Just not a good experience.

I attempted to cancel my order within the 12 hour window but was informed that the product was already set for pickup.

We received our aqua fusion bottles and there were a few things that weren't clear in the small brochure like do you charge them when empty? You can taste the difference from bottled water for sure but does this replace All your daily water intake? You need an adapter to charge and the end you plug into the unit is hidden behind a small rubber cover on unit ..

The process was efficient, however I don't care for offering the "add-ons."

Nothing out of the ordinary

You offered me other great options. Just can not afford them very low income. Im stage 3 kidney diagnosise's. When I pushed no thank you. It went to the next offer. After all were refused. Iwas able to check out. With out any pressure to keep buying. I'm 74 and not great on working these phones. I only wish all of these sights were as easy as you have made it. When I save more I will spend more if you send me a book or advertising to me. There were thing I saw I would like to try also. Thanks so much. Looking forward to a good Dr's. Review. Easy, but won’t know for sure until I receive my 2 bottles

Very easy to order transaction went through without a problem. Product information was extremely helpful and informative, also found reviews to be helpful in making my decision less stressful.😣
