Very disorganized
Very disorganized. I get told something is being emailed, but don't receive document. Then get multiple messages about not signing and sending it back. Emailed a copy of my ID four times, but keep getting calls that they didn't receive, even though I responded to their email so the address had to be right. Just very chaotic and stressful company to deal with.

Today was good
While I sometimes get the runaround with customer service with PowerPay, the rep who helped me today, Hannah Banaag was easy to understand, very helpful, and actually answered all my questions rather than just sending me to a different department.
