Working with PowerPay so far has been a positive experience. The response to my finance application was very quick. Customer service was excellent with agents who were very courteous and helpful in the process, and available to answer questions at any time.

Every month, I see the Total Payoff Amount displayed online to be higher than the actual amount for my account. It is even higher than the amount listed for the month prior. I have NEVER had a missing or late payment. I have reported the error through the chat and email customer service options multiple times. I have had no response to the issue and it clearly isn't being fixed. If I didn't elect to receive paper statements, I would only have access to erroneous online data on my account status. Having a known error that increases the balance (that they won't acknowledge or fix) carries some implications regarding their overall banking practices.

Got an email that didn't say anything. Just sent a link to sign a paper. Then I had to set up a withdrawal from my checking account with no way to say no thanks. Could not find a way to send in the signed paper without doing the bank withdrawal as well. This is not right. I do not like having money taken out of my account like this. I always pay my bills without having to have someone doing it for me. They didn't even offer some kind of deal where if I did the withdrawal something would benefit me as well. Other companies do it, why can't they?
After reading all of the above I guess, I was contacted by PowerPay the next day. I must admit the woman I talked to was really nice and very polite. She sent a link to where I could set up my account to pay as I want to. That was great. IT made me happy. She explained that all I had to do on their form was to write NA and then the other form would have been sent in. She said she would see if some kind of instructions to that effect could be added to the form. So maybe the next person will have an easier time. I have to say that they responded quickly and took care of my problem fast and without any hassle. That was great and if other companies would do the same life would be a lot easier. Thank you for setting an example that other companies should follow.
