Hello, Today 5/8/25 I spoke to 6+ people to lend me a hand to get my loan papers filled out. I like to ask questions if I am not sure of something. I appreciate everyone's assistance. It is nice to work with kind, patient people who can relate to computer issues or challenges. I had one call that had a bad connection. The rep was probably as frustrated as I was. I got the application completed and submitted. Thank you.

Consultants were very knowledgeable and willing to listen to my questions and past experiences with another creditor. The process was explained to me so I wouldn't be in the dark about my upcoming charges. There was no wait time to speak to a consultant which was a big plus!

Their credit checks don’t affect your score because they do not use the 3 traditional credit bureaus. They will tell you your score is lower than it actually is and charge you outrageous interest. Think twice and try your own bank first.

I had the worst experience with power pay. I had spoke to two women on two separate occasions. The first I asked for my pay off amount so I could pay my loan in full before my first payment was due. This was the plan from the beginning which I explained. I verified the amount by email and phone call. Yet a month later I get another bill for interest after they already received and cashed my check. I would not recommend using this company. Extremely unprofessional. Better business bureau needs to investigate.

NOTHING BUT A HORRIBLE EXPERIANCE FROM THE BEGINING. FIRST WE GOT APPROVED FOR A HEATUNG/COOLING UNIT AND DONE WELCOME CALL EVERYTHING WAS GREAT. THEN AFTER 2 MOS AND MAKING 2 PAYMENTS THEY CANCEL OUR LOAN WITHOUT EVEN SPEAKING TO US. THE CONTRACTER ACTUALLY CALLED. THEN THEY CONTINUED TO KEEP CALLING ASKING FOR A PAYMENT SAYING WE ARE LATE!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF THEY WILL CANCEL US AFTER 2 MOS THEY WILL DO THEY SAME TO YOU!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have tried to make contact now for four days regarding getting previous statements. Called 866-615-4339 five times and always get they are busy and requested a call back and never received a call back. Call 800-397-4485 three times requesting management help and only get transferred to the same number as before to leave a call back number. Called 4485 several times, as well, to speak to a supervisor and they are ALWAYS unavailable. I also emailed and have not received a response. The absolute worst customer service and online site. The statements i need are listed but get an error message when i try to download...as horrible as this company is it isn't surprising that they are apparently to busy dealing with other issues to answer customers calls. This is the 5th time i have dealt with issues like this and i should have written a review before now.AVOID this lending company! All those positive reviews are probably them putting on to cover their horrible service.

Requested a call back and never received a call back. Pushed * to continue to hold as they request and my call was dropped. Call 800-397-4485 three times requesting management help and was put in line to hold again then call dropped. Also emailed and have not received a response. Poor customer service...what problems they must have to not be able to answer customers calls.

Halten sich nicht an abgemachte Raten, auf einmal ändert der Betrag willkürlich und danach wird man schikaniert mit Aufwandsbetreibung einen neuen Ratenvertrag zu unterzeichnen obwohl schon was abgemacht ist beim Kaufabschluss! Dieser wird per Mail jedoch nicht akzeptiert. Es wird verlangt dieser per Briefpost einzusenden. Was in der heutigen digitalen Zeit überhaupt keinen Sinn macht!
