My experience with whizz these past…
My experience with whizz these past years has been okay! These bikes are definitely good for delivery. I have the whizz storm 2 bike and the battery capacity definitely lets me work up to 7-8hrs on level 3 mode. The riding experience is also very good compared to other bikes I’ve used like “the zoomo bike”. Whizz definitely is a lot better than that bike company in my opinion. The only downside with whizz i would say is the wait time for bike repairs, as sometimes it does take a while. But I’ve noticed lately the changes of wait time has been a bit quicker. Overall whizz is a good delivery bike company especially for people who don’t have a bike to start with. The prices are reasonable.

Woke up to a invoice of 61$ when I already paid everything . I owed a 8$ late fee and they're overcharging.

Super unresponsive and unhelpful staff. The company has the place understaffed. Pricing is unclear and dishonest from their stated prices (it’s higher). I rented a bike and they told me it would be ready in 15 minutes, it’s been 2 and a half hours and I’m still waiting! I asked politely about how much longer it would be and they seemed annoyed that I asked. These people are rude and untrustworthy. Shame on the company running the place!
