I would not recommend renting or using the rent-to-own option with this company based on my experience. I returned the bike in good condition, and the staff inspected it and told me everything was fine. Three days later, I unexpectedly received an invoice and was charged $42.46 without any clear explanation beforehand.

I immediately contacted customer support to ask why I was charged and requested a refund, but I never received a response. It’s frustrating to be charged after returning the bike in good condition and then have your concerns ignored.

If you’re thinking about renting or choosing the rent-to-own option, be cautious. Based on my experience, you could face unexpected charges even after returning the bike, and getting help from customer service may be difficult. I recommend taking photos or videos of the bike when you return it and keeping all your records. Unfortunately, I won’t be using this service again.

I was stock at getting my own bike at one moment and then it a uber drive came to my job and told me how easy and convenient it is delivering with whizz and I said why not. Delivering with my new whizz bike has been a breeze and a great ride everyday. Thanks whizz for helping out when needed🤌🏾‼️

I had a really great experience with Whizz E-Bikes. The whole process of costumer service was smooth from start to finish, and the team was super helpful and responsive whenever I had questions. The bike itself was in excellent condition ,very comfortable, easy to use, and perfect for getting around the city.

What I liked the most was how convenient everything was. The rental process was quick, and they clearly explained how everything works, including the battery and pedal assist features. It made my daily commute much easier and honestly more enjoyable.

they are scammers. 1. their bike are in poor condition. 2 they have huge lines in offices, you will spend many hours to repair a bike in poor condition. 3. they will charge you for every damage, even if it is not done by you or caused by amortization.
Don't forget to complain to 311 in NYC or nj consumer affairs, and other organization for consumer rights, if they charge you extra for no reason. The more complaints, the less scam.

The service is extremely poor. The bicycle seems to be programmed to break down and last only about a month. When you visit the shop to get it repaired, you have to wait more than an hour just to be attended. On top of that, they sell you used and damaged parts but charge you as if they were brand‑new. The rental system works like a monopoly designed solely to benefit the company, which operates with abusive and deceptive practices.

They also ask for your email and phone number, putting your personal information at risk. Later, they use that information to send messages pretending to be Uber, DoorDash, or financial and cryptocurrency platforms like Coinbase or Robinhood. These emails include fraudulent links, and if you click on them, they can immediately access your phone information and potentially your bank or card details. This company represents a serious risk to your data security.
