Bueno el segundo día que alquile la bicicleta me paso un problema y perdí la llave, desde ese día estoy llamando para que me remplacen la llave y tienen ya dos semana que no me dan respuestas fui a la tienda y me querían dar otra bicicleta pero tenía que pagar otra ves 340$, , asta la fecha no me an podido reparar la bicicleta , y me parece una falta de respeto que ni en la tienda ni los operadores me dan una respuestas ni me reparan la bicicleta , prácticamente me están robando el dinero que pagué , por que me alquilaron algo que no tiene arreglo

If anyone recognizes this man, please be extra careful, especially while waiting for the bus.
Today, he followed me, got too close, and started calling me names like “s b .” He even tried to grab me and continued yelling insults.
He did not get on the bus, thankfully. I was able to get in safely as it arrived just in time. I am filing a police report about this incident.
What’s even more concerning is that he seems like he delivers in the neighborhood, so he may be around often.
Please stay alert, especially if you’re heading to school or traveling alone. Trust your instincts and don’t hesitate to call for help was fully gear with Whizz bike and bag

The customer service here at 39th st with Mj and Emilo was absolutely outstanding. The level of professionalism and integrity they carry with their straight forward prices and bundle deal, I definitely wish I had my first bike experience here vs wasting my time elsewhere where. Highly recommend and bro just do the math, these numbers don’t miss.

Got my whizz bike a few days ago. Loved it. Had an issue early with a nut lug coming u done and was quickly helped by Dontae and Ray who were super helpful easily contactable and quick to remedy the issue. They care about the customers here! Thanks again guys!!
