We are unable to identify you as a client from the information provided, so we cannot comment on your specific case. However, we wish to clarify that our handling fees are amongst the lowest in the UK for professional mail handling services.

Our fees cover the secure receipt, processing, and storage of mail, along with the option to collect in person, forward to any address worldwide, or securely dispose of unwanted correspondence. Our prices have remained unchanged for over five years – something very rare in today’s economy – and are clearly shown on every service description and within our Terms & Conditions, which must be agreed to at the time of purchase.

All mail is processed in accordance with UK law and our published Terms & Conditions. We operate to strict security standards and never open or scan personal mail unless authorised by the client or required by the selected service. Many clients value the convenience and security this provides.

We are also happy to facilitate personal collection, international postage, and courier delivery, with all prices openly published on our website. While we aim to remain competitive, this is a labour‑intensive service and must be run sustainably.

We are disappointed by this review, as our records show that we have responded promptly to every message you have sent us — often within hours. At no point have you been left without a reply from us. If you have not seen our responses, it may be due to them going into your junk or spam folder.

When you placed your order with us, a confirmation email was automatically sent containing full instructions—including your registered address and details on how to submit your directors’ ID documents to activate the service. It’s possible that this email was missed or landed in your spam folder. The original message was sent on 3rd July and has recently been re-sent for your convenience.

As part of our compliance process, we require ID from all clients. This can be submitted quickly and securely via our dedicated ID collection facility here:
