I recently completed my level 3 Business Administration course and received a distinction. I couldn’t have done it without the support and guidance from my amazing tutor, Nick! Overall, GingerNut provided such great learning resources in the forms of games and quizzes as well that made the course fun as well as informative!

I have recently completed my Level 3 business administrator Level 3 apprenticeship gaining a distinction, with the support of my amazing tutor Jag! I received all the help, support and advice needed throughout the entirety of my course. I would highly recommend Ginger nut!

I have recently completed my apprenticeship with Ginger Nut Training. My tutor was Hilary Mason who was fantastic. The support and guidance I received from Hilary from start to finish was of the highest quality.

I have just completed my Level 3 customer service apprenticeship with GingerNut training.

My tutor Susan Pope remained incredibly patient and supportive with my during a few tricky patches and for that I couldn't recommend GingerNut, and Susan as a tutor any more.

If I needed a refresher session or extra help with my work, she ensured I received that support as quickly as possible. All my lessons were interactive and adapted to my learning style.

Once I completed my apprenticeship, Susan took the time to send me possible future job roles that suit my hobbies and interests, ready for when the time is right for me to move on from my current job.

At end point I passed all three sections, I couldn't have done this without the help and support from Susan.

I completed my apprenticeship with Ginger Nut Training in April, studying level 3 business administration. My tutor, Jag, made my learning experience so enjoyable by organising interactive and highly engaging sessions. She tailored the sessions to suit my development requirements and was always so supportive and encouraging, which increased my confidence. Jag went above expectations and provided support outside of 1:1 meetings, and always responded to my emails in a timely manner, as well as keeping regular contact with my line manager. At end point assessment, I achieved a distinction in all 3 elements of my qualification, and I have Jag to thank for this as she played a huge role in my qualification.

I have recently completed my Business Administration Admin L3 Apprenticeship with Gingernut training.
I cannot rate my tutor, Nick Fish, highly enough. He was supportive, flexible, and very responsive to my emails. He was a great help with my assignments and made the 1:1 sessions informative and enjoyable. I gained a distinction for all parts of my apprenticeship and Nick went a long way to help me achieve that.

I have just completed Business and Admin Level 3 apprenticeship with GNT, and had my training with Jag who has been amazing at providing me with the learning and tools to use that got me my distinction. It has been smooth running from start to finish, well organised and clear and I wouldn't have been able to complete it with a distinction without Jag :) So thanks!

With this company, you are expected to learn through watching you tube videos. If you need to do maths, you are sent a book. There is no actual teaching.

This teaching provider allows employers to take on its young apprentices to self learn on YouTube, whilst the company receives money from the government to pay buttons.

And then when the employee is suffering with mental health due to the stress of not being able to progress as they are watching you tube videos constantly, they are removed from the programme on the same day.

And sent repeated emails to complete a survey about the tutors performance.

Had a great experience with this training provider and particularly my tutor, Nick Fish. He was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the qualification and very supportive.

With regards to the qualification I think it would be good to talk about EPA at the start so you can have a clearer idea of how work will be used.

Overall a positive experience and a great tutor :)

I really liked how flexible my tutor was and how I was supported during spells of high workload. My tutor was really helpful and supportive but I could absolutely see where her hands were tied a lot of the time and this was frustrating. I found the safeguarding quizzes and general procedure around safeguarding to be a box-ticking exercise. I would have liked more clarity on structure for assignments and a clearer focus on endpoint requirements from the start.

I've recently completed my Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship and really happy with my results! Having had a few issues with tutors, I was introduced to Nick Fish who played a massive part in me being able to get the results I did, he was a huge help and a very good tutor.

I have really learnt a lot since joining the functional skills webinars with Leanne. I love how she always gives two ways of explaining things this is really helpful for me, if I am unsure on one way, I know there is always another explanation. This is making a huge impact with my learning. I can see she really cares for her students Thanks Leanne!

I am enjoying the functional skills maths lessons. Leanne is a wonderful tutor who always explains everything clearly and always provides different ways of answering a question to suit the individual. I like how interactive the sessions are and I have already learnt more in these couple of sessions than when I was in high school.

Duplicitous people with hiring authority who make you feel miserable if you don't tick all their boxes. Biased hiring process, so if you want to be treated fairly and like a real person when you apply for a job, look elsewhere. This is definitely not the place.

I completed the Level 5 ODM apprenticeship through Gingernut and have achieved a Distinction on EPA. Susan was a great tutor and has offered me support throughout the 2 years this apprenticeship has lasted.

I have just finished my level 3 in business administration. I am absolutely over the moon with my results.
