I have just completed my Business Admin L3 qualification. I had fantastic support from my tutor throughout my course and felt well supported going into my end point assessment. The online OneFile is a great way to track your progress and I found the modules mirrored the work that I am doing.

Completed my Level 4 Cyber Security Technologist Specialism Apprenticeship. Many thanks for GingerNut and especially my tutor Raouf Nobeebux during my time on the apprenticeship.

I started my Infrastructure Technician Apprenticeship with Ginger Nut Training in April 2021, and the past year and half with them has been nothing but amazing. I've come out of my apprenticeship with a Distinction and full time job, really couldn't be happier with the experience.

All the staff have been friendly, helpful, and accommodating, especially my tutor Ben Hyde. He offered constant support, a variety of great resources/tasks and our sessions were always engaging.

If my employer is looking for a new apprentice, we'll be coming back to GingerNut for sure!

Ginger nut training is very helpful to anyone who wants to start their future role by doing apprenticeship course with them! I am now IT Technician thanks to them, and special thanks to Ben Hyde, who was my tutor, and person I could really rely on. Whenever I was preparing for module exams, getting resources or saying good word when I felt down after some failures.

Ginger Nut Training is a brilliant service. Jag Tamber was my Tutor and she was so friendly and helpful. The sessions I had with her were very informative and engaging. She was very supportive and was always available for me to email her with any questions that I had. She went above and beyond my expectations. I would recommend Ginger Nut Training to someone that wanted to complete an apprenticeship. I passed my apprenticeship today and I couldn't have done it without the amazing support i received.

I had Jag Tamber as my tutor and I couldn't fault the service I was given. Constant support and was always at the end of an email or phone call if I needed it. Supported me through both the highs and lows, and even checked in with me after getting my EPA results. Thank you!

My overall experience with GNT was brilliant, propelled by the patience and support of Tutor Peter Mannion.

He always went the extra mile to ensure learning was as fun and engaging as possible, which was reflected in the togetherness of our "Marketing with Peter" group, where all members got along well and equally respected the efforts of Peter (even if compliments were behind his back).

1-2-1 sessions were regular when required, and were always to a high standard, especially in support of my portfolio submission - on the back of this, I achieved a Distinction overall.

Ginger Nut Training is a great training provider. They kept me well informed and I was able to contact key people within the organisation as it pertained to my apprenticeship studies. I would definitely recommend GNT to future apprentices.

My tutor Annabel Wei went the extra mile for me, and she helped me to pass the Principles of Coding exam by scheduling in further support sessions and she prepared me well for the portfolio submission to the highest standard. As a result, I achieved a Distinction overall! I am truly grateful for all her encouragement and support.

Annabel went above and beyond for me. She was able to fit me into her busy schedule and arranged 1-2-1 meetings for extra support. Her friendly manner enabled me to ask any questions no matter how big or small.

Caroline has been a great Tutor, she has taken the time to help me in gaining knowledge as well as assisting me immensely on passing my EPA. Although Ginger Nut have been a good provider, the NCFE company have been a difficult EPA assessor as there wasn't any clear requirements on certain aspects.

Annabel Wei was a brilliant tutor, so patient with me and willing to go the extra mile to explain things to me. I would definitely recommend Annabel's tutoring to anybody else. 10/10

I successfully completed my DST Level 3 apprenticeship with Ginger Nut earlier in the year. Big thanks to my extremely knowledgeable and helpful tutor, Ben Hyde, whose organised approach to teaching and guiding me through the apprenticeship made everything far easier than it could have been.

Caroline was an excellent tutor, who was supportive throughout my time with her. She was able to explain things clearly, and made the whole process feel less daunting. I've worked with Ginger Nut Training for the last two years whilst completing a project management qualification in my workplace.

The course is led initially in a cohort with a mixture of group-based theory and knowledge classes, and 1:1 sessions with their tutors, before learners segue into the development of a portfolio and assessment pieces on their own (with tutor guidance). The group-based knowledge sessions were generally useful, but could have been more engaging and interactive to help the knowledge "stick" and allow learners to understand its relevance and application in their work place.

Learners also embarked on group training to gain a professional project management qualification. This was a great way to collaborate with other apprentices over a two-week period. The third-party training provider for this part of the course was an excellent choice from GNT.

GNT have been very supportive throughout my time with them, particularly towards the end of the course when I received outstanding 1:1 support, guidance, and mentoring from my tutor Tracey Francis. With her commitment to get the best from me, and encourage the implementation of the skills I'd learned on the programme, I was able to complete my course with distinction across the board. I now feel more empowered to make a difference and influence my own projects at work.

Just want to give a huge thanks to Ben Hyde who's helped me a lot throughout over the past year, he's gone above and beyond with tutoring me and I couldn't have asked for a better person.

I’m absolutely thrilled to have just passed my apprenticeship after 2 long years and a lockdown thrown in! The support of my tutor has been invaluable and I cannot thank Caroline enough for always being on hand to support me & answer all my questions.
