Over the past 2 years it has been an absolute rollercoaster with what the world has been through and its affect on everyone. I would like to personally thank my tutor Susan Pope for continuously supporting me throughout it from the start of my apprenticeship right up until the end. I cannot thank her enough for helping me get to the position I am in now and I am excited to see where my career takes me now as I progress further!

My experience with Gingernut training throughout my CIPD Level 3, L&D apprenticeship was truly outstanding. As a student, I felt very much kept in the loop, looked after and well supported with additional information and webinars that helped me grow to become a confident L&D professional. I am especially grateful to my fantastic tutor, Caroline. Whenever I needed her feedback, advice or just a cheering up outside our meeting sessions, she always made time to have a chat that would help me to move on with my assignment goals. With Jeraldine Peters as my Tutor I felt completely at ease with the new learning curve and structured learning ahead of me. Jeraldine took time out of her own schedule to support me close to exams and assessments to ensure that i was prepared.

Second to this, I am extremely happy with the general feel of how the course was presented and the systems (OneFile) required to upload and track progress.

I have just finished my Level 4 qualification in Project Management and really enjoyed the experience. My tutor, Susan Pope, was a constant support throughout and really tailored how she delivered information to suit my learning strengths. Susan gave me great confidence throughout the qualification, even when I doubted myself, and helped me believe in myself and get me through the qualification. Susan is incredibly knowledgeable (an oracle) and as a student can really sense her love for project management! I had a really positive learning experience with Susan and highly recommend her as a tutor.

I really couldn’t have done it without her support so a massive thank you from me. I now look forward to using my qualification in future endeavours…

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience of completing an apprenticeship for my L5 CIPD. The ability to use my on the job experience to achieve the qualification made it so much more valuable to me, and my tutor Caroline O'Grady-Smith was a constant support throughout. Not only did she encourage me, give me great insight and ideas, but she also gave me a huge confidence boost and helped me to believe in myself. I could have not done it without her! I am currently working on my Level 3 Digital Marketing qualification, supported by Annabel Wei.

Annabel went above and beyond to help me pass my exam, she is very considerate and made time in her busy schedule to provide me with 121 revision sessions. I am so grateful for her support and guidance and I am confident with her support I will excel in the completion of my apprenticeship. I would highly recommend Annabel as a tutor as she is very knowledgeable, considerate and genuinely a lovely person who has a passion about her work!

As a manager at Camden Council, I have been incredibly impressed with the ongoing support Gingernut have offered my apprentice. Communication has been exceptional and Centre Manager, Tanya Murphy has gone above and beyond to ensure that both I and my apprentice are up to date on all information, making herself available for any and all enquiries. my experience in this apprenticeship has been positive and the effort from the training provider has been excellent and I feel like I've conquered so many barriers in my career which I feel like I wouldn't have without this apprenticeship and I feel like the support I got was above and beyond from all gingernut staff and I am very thankful.

I began my level 4 qualification at the end of 2019 and my wonderful tutor was Susan Pope. There were a few bumps in the road with Covid-19 and my day to day job becoming extremely busy, but Susan supported me through all of this and ensured we still met regularly in a virtual setting. We built a positive friendship and I looked forward to my sessions with her. There were also plenty of resources available to me through Ginger Nut Training and LinkedIn Learning. My overall experience with Ginger Nut Training was very positive and that's largely thanks to Susan.

I had Caroline O'Grady-Smith as my tutor and she was fantastic! Caroline was ultimately my guide throughout the project management apprenticeship. There had been several occasions where i was close to given up and loosing motivation, however Caroline was always there to support me, talk me through topic areas i didn't understand and was available to talk and be a real support to me. My experience with Ginger Nut has been nothing but positive and i would recommend their services especially for the Project Management course i had undertaken.

Not great and not the worst
Started my Apprenticeship in Feb 2020 and got furloughed in March, but my course didn't start until May. This wasn't due to covid but due to the clear lack or organisation. My first tutor (out of 3) was the absolute worst and extremely patronising. She would do a meeting once a month for an hour and give us 1 page of work books to do and not give us any advice on what we could improve on or what we did right. She would go on KM5, KM2 KM4 all in one week instead of focusing on one for 2 or 3 months. She ended up MIA for 2 months, didn't hear back from her until i complained to my manager and she had the audacity to complain about me to him. Although he was having none of it.

5 months later... with still no exam 1 insight I ended up changing tutors (2 of 3). He was just as bad and was treating me like a kid in primary school, his way of talking, facial expressions if I said something wrong and just overall rude body language. He then decided to pass me onto another tutor (3 out of 3.. finally) and he was okay, definitely better than the other 2.

He was very flexible with my schedule, managed to do my exam in October, and then in April and then from there it went downhill. Again. Technically with my course i had 5 exams for during my 18 months its supposed to be roughly 2-3 months per module. For my last 3 exams, I did all 3 in 2 month. For one of them I only got 48 hours to go over the syllabus and do the exam the next day.

Any form of organisation in the organisation is INVISIBLE.
Ended up passing it all in the end. However, not impressed whatsoever.

Aime was my tutor throughout my apprenticship & was amazing. Her sessions were informative, helpful & full of information. She was always on hand with any questions or queries I had & she always offered support or encouragment when needed. I would absolutly reccommend Ginger Nut Training & Aime in particular.

Our apprentice is nearly 6 months into his role and has really grown in confidence throughout this time. Ginger Nut Training have been a huge help and are always doing regular checkups and reports, so we are always up to date. Would definitely recommend.

My mentor has been Aime Reynolds and she has been brilliant and incredibly friendly and helpful during my apprenticeship.

Aime has been fantastic in supporting both my apprentice but also me as a manager guiding them through the standard.
