My Experience:

I started doing my level four networking qualification.
For all the negatives I did have. My overall experience was good. I had a fair few different tutors.

So first I did struggle to make any progress as they all had different ways of doing the work which I had to do plus back tracking on each other. Then I got a tutor called Ben Hyde…

Well, that changed. He was amazing, simply brilliant at his job even though I had him from day one of him starting GNT where we had to learn the end exam processes together he was a good experience which I very enjoyed! He helped me mentally, built a friendship and was very efficient at his job. This review is only 5 stars because of him.

I wouldn’t have passed my exams at the top marks without him. I could of written more easily.

I would recommand GNT to anyone.

I was an Apprentice for 2 Years with Gingernut, I started my IT apprenticeship with Gingernut in 2019 and everything was going smoothly until COVID. I heard nothing for months until January this year when Ben took over my course. He hightailed my entire course and made sure I passed just in time. 5/5 as I passed in the end and would use Gingernut again.

I had Aime as my assessor and she was absolutely wonderful; helpful; understanding and easy to learn from. My meetings with her were always comfortable and positive!

I'm currently undertaking a level 3 business admin apprenticeship with Gingernut training and have had the pleasure of having Aime as my tutor, Aime is a great teacher and knows how to support my learning style.

Fantastic company completed a level 3 in business admin and my tutor Aime was so supportive and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend to anyone who would like to progress in an admin based role.

A big thanks must go out to my tutors Tracey Francis, Tanya and Clare Nash, who were immense in assisting me with the Level 2 Customer Service course i did. They were always on hand to answer any questions i had and were great in teaching me what i needed to know to get my distinctions. Gingernut as a whole were great and i would highly recommend them.

Excellent service, happy apprentices and all round easy to work with.

I manage two apprentices doing their education through Ginger Nut and have to say, they have a delight to work with. Being both thorough in their work to ensure a safe and thriving environment for the learner and keeping myself informed along with excellent guidance on how to be supportive in structuring the learners work / education.

All in all an excellent service and a big shout out to Katie and Jordaan for their wonderful help through every stage of the process.

Gingernut provides training for our level 3 digital support technicians. The tutor is knowledgeable and the apprentices enjoy working with him. The organisation has been really good and the company is really responsive.

Phil has been extremely helpful and exceeded all my expectations for an ATA. Coming in with absolutely no knowledge of the process, he welcomely and professionally took me through every part of the process step by step and was always on hand when I needed further information. Couldn’t recommend them more. Would put 6 stars if I could!

GingerNut were extremely helpful through every stage of onboarding our most recent apprentice. We chose them because from day one their messaging was clear and easy to understand, making it easy for our team to go through each stage swiftly. GNT are an excellent organisation who provide a supportive environment that enables you to have all the tools available to succeed with your apprenticeship.

Ginger Nut Training are excellent, high quality providers. We have had quite a range of training for our various apprenticeships and they have been superb. Their tutors are flexible and experienced and their delivery is flexible to suit individual requirements and needs of the apprentices. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Ginger Nut Training were nothing but helpful throughout my course. My tutor Aime Reynolds went above and beyond to help me through getting all my coursework complete and up to the correct standard for the end point assessment where I achieved the grade I was hoping for.

Ginger Nut Training supported me with a transfer of circa 20+ apprentices from one provider to another. This transition was seemless for both myself & the apprentices.
Since transitioning to Gingernut nothing is too much hassle for the team & they are all dedicated to supporting our apprenticeship program.
Our apprentices enjoy working closely with the Gingernut team learning new IT skills whilst they work
