An absolutely excellent pair of shoes that are clearly made with care and a lot of skill. Great customer service throughout albeit it does take a few weeks to get them. That said they are bespoke, so that is understandable. Far more comfortable than I had anticipated. Went up one size to make sure they fitted correctly and this is definitely a good call. All in all a five star service. 😊

Fantastic well made shoes. As them leather. Take time to walk in.but fit well afterwards.

The best designed shoes anywhere. You seriously cannot get a pair of shoes like these in the high street or any designer shop in London. Not only this, but you can design the shoe to your colour scheme making them truly your own at no extra cost. And that brings me to the cost, these are top quality shoes at much less than the price you would pay in a shop for a 'run of the mill' mass produced pair. Granted, you have to wait, as these are made for you, but the wait is worth it.

’m in love with my new boots! They came out exactly as I designed and the quality is amazing. Took a little longer to arrive than I hoped, but definitely worth the wait. This might just be my new favourite site!

Shoes fitted perfectly and of good quality the only downside was it took a very long time to delivered.

The shoes are perfect and exactly what I ordered.
They’re comfy, the leather is perfect, and so is the finish.
I think I’ll order again for summer.
Delivery time is also very reasonable.
Some people online say this site is a scam – for me, my experience was great with Girotti.
I even got advice on the phone about my order.
Customer service is available and responds.
You can really get unique shoes in the colors you want.

I think this is one of the best fashion brands I've seen recently. Not only I was able to customize unique shoes for my wedding, but the actual quality of those shoes would probably last me a lifetime. It may even pass to my grandchildren, they are so good :)
Some people have complaints about the delivery, I don't know about that, I got everything on day 13, keep in mind they are made-to-order product, it's not like they have shoes laying around waiting to be send, everything is produced on demand.
For what you pay, the price is a bargain.

I have had a pair of Girotti shoes made for me in lovely colours. They are fantastic, and very comfortable. Quality in every way. Please do not believe these rubbish reviews.
By the way,I have also ordered a handbag in the same colours as my shoes.

This is clearly a fake company/scammers.
Ordered shoes cost £245. Website says delivery 5-10 days. Every time I checked status, it says they’re in production. Nearly 2 months and endless emails to them which are ignored. Fraud action raised with bank and scam reported. Beware and do not buy from this company.

The customer service of this company is quite poor and don't expect much communication about your order.
I placed an order on the 15th and they arrived on the 27th Febuary. 74 days after purchase.
Now they arrived, they are very good quality and I am not unhappy about them.
Not sure if the leather is real but feels it. The boots are really well made and look like the price I paid for them.
I chose to have my wife's initials stamp into them and that could be better, it is a simple small stamp, not like the gold one and the website.
IF YOU WANT BOOTS IMMEDIATELY DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, but if you can wait, they seem to be decent.

Given the overwhelmingly positive customer feedback, I find the discrepancy with your experience concerning. For over two months, I have been attempting to receive an ankle boot order, and after a month of inquiries, I received an Evri email stating delivery, accompanied by a photograph of a generic green door. This photo, easily replicated anywhere, was presented as evidence of delivery to my residence. My concern is the lack of photographic evidence of the actual delivery location. Despite two months of back-and-forth communication, including a recent conversation with Dayana, the case has been inexplicably closed, and access to a manager has been denied. Legal counsel in both Italy and London has been engaged, and further action will be taken. I strongly advise against using this company due to the significant loss of time, money, and effort involved.

I never ordered shoe I've had my eyes on them for a couple of years now but after reading reviews girotti should not be allowed to even advertise their fake ass Italian items.

Absolutely terrible. I ordered a pair of boots and a pair of shoes. The company advertises that they are made in Italy, but one shipment was from Belgium and I had to pay customs on top of the price (already expensive) boots. The other pair was in Bulgaria and I received notification that I need to pay customs £85 on top of the price of the shoes. The seller said they will reimburse it, but I requested them to take the shoes back and refund me. It took a long time and many emails back and forth to receive the refund for the shoes. It also took over 6 months to receive refund of the customs paid for the boots, only after I made complains to the management. Now, the quality of the boots that costed me over £200 is terrible. The leather is very hard and, after wearing the boots for few hours, I have blisters all over my feet. I will not be able to wear these boots anymore. This is not Italian make and definitely not the price they are selling for. This is a cheap fake with a nice looking design. I would like to return these to the seller, but the horrible experience I had with getting refund for customs and shoes I never even received, I suspect there will be no result (unless I take legal action). terrible quality and service.

Please don’t order from Girotti without reading all reviews ! Agree completely with all other negative comments. Order delayed ! Sizing not as expected. No half sizes. Despite headline ‘ free returns ‘ advertised on top of website, this company misleads as they refuse returns & refunds except if shoes faulty! Dreadful customer service. I had to employ the Section 75 route to recover my payment !
