I have several concerns regarding the handling of my sample throughout this process. Although Legacy provided tracking for the original shipment, I never received a delivery notification, which resulted in the package being left outside for multiple days without my knowledge. When the transport liquid was replaced, I also did not receive tracking information until after the replacement had already been delivered.

After I returned my sample using the provided FedEx Overnight label, the shipment took more than 48 hours to reach their lab. According to the website, the transport liquid is designed to keep the sample viable for up to a maximum of 48 hours, and shipping or processing delays beyond that timeframe can impact the sample's viability. Their policy states that if a sample is no longer viable due to shipping or processing delays, a complimentary replacement kit will be provided. Despite the shipment exceeding this window, the sample was still processed.

Following processing, it took an additional eight days for my results to be released. After I reached out to inquire about the delay, I was told, *"I noticed that your results had been completed but were unfortunately not released due to a human oversight."* Nearly every reported parameter was abnormal, and these results were certainly affected by deterioration caused by the shipping delay rather than accurately reflecting fertility. Taken together, the missed delivery notification, shipping delays, processing of a sample beyond the stated viability window, and delayed release of results due to human oversight have significantly reduced my confidence in the reliability of this company.

Legacy replaced my kit free of charge after a “misfire.”

The process as seamless as possible. Within a few days after ordering the test, it arrived in a beautiful package with detailed instructions. After I completed the process, the shipping was even easier and I received the test results even sooner then I was told. Thank you for such a frictionless experience!!

My customer service representative Ali was able to answer all of my questions and then some and was very knowledgeable of the entire process and made me confident in this process. I ordered the for tomorrow package and am eager to see how that goes.

Complete scam! Customer service doesn’t answer the phone, the transport liquid needs to be refrigerated , so if the package stays outside for a day, it’s useless.it doesn’t say that when you order it.

I work in dangerous conditions. I been worried about my health overall and tested with Legacy. My parameters came back ok but then I saw they had a sperm insights report to supplement my results. I talked to JD and she guided me through the process and got me set up with very affordable sperm freezing. I also purchased an additional sperm insights report which I found extremely enlightening. The instructions were clearly laid out, and the process was very easy and seamless.

Worst part: They destroyed my precious sample instead of preserving it.
Bad but not a dealbreaker: The kit arrived very late - 7 days. The preservative has to be refrigerated or it's not any good.
VERY bad: They asked me to remove a negative google review in exchange for a refund.

Great kit and easy at-home experience. Also super accurate as I got the same results from Legacy as from my doctor's traditional lab (done both around the same time)

Had an excellent experience with Legacy. The directions are very easy to follow, and they are extremely fast with the product being returned and sending out the results. Would highly recommend.

I’m writing this review preemptively, having just completed the process of storing my sperm. It’s possible I’ll write a different review in a few years when it comes time to use it.

Ali was extremely helpful throughout the process. I had a specific request to review the analysis of my first sample before committing to storage, and Ali even offered a patrial refund if I was unsatisfied. I was pleasantly surprised by the health of my sample, especially considering it was shipped overnight. Based on that experience, I decided to proceed with long-term storage.

I am a public service worker and am regularly exposed to harmful chemicals as part of my job. The company acknowledged this and offers a reasonable discount, which I greatly appreciate.

In a few years, when it’s time to retrieve my samples and evaluate how well they’ve been preserved, I’ll be sure to update this review. For now, I’m very satisfied with the experience.
