Very professional, with solid technology and clear instructions. A bit inconvenient that they don’t have a 24-hour receptionist or even a directory option when calling. The only thing that stopped them from getting 5 stars.

When it arrived the kit looked premium and well thought out. Instructions were clear and easy, then just drop it off to get it mailed back. In a few days my results were on their website including an option to freeze. It was so easy!

The turn around time is amazing! We did a sperm analaysis and DNA fragmentation. Sent out his sample on Wednesday morning and we had results Friday morning before 6am! Absolutely fantastic! The price is high but it is what it is.
