Wow—thank you so much for this warmly message.

Hearing that you love our filters as much as (or even more than!) the big-name brands means the world to us. That’s exactly why we do what we do—great water shouldn’t cost a fortune.

And a special shout‑out for mentioning Olivia—she’s going to be over the moon when she reads this! We’re so glad she could smooth things over when that order hiccup happened. It’s never fun when things go sideways, but knowing we could make it right for you is what keeps us going.

The biggest compliment? You said you’ll be back. That’s everything to us.

So whenever you need filters, or just have a question, or want to say hi—we’re always here.

Until next time, cheers to clean, tasty water and happy customers like you!🥰

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts – we really appreciate it.

It's great to hear that ordering the filters was a smooth process for you. We've tried to keep things as simple and hassle‑free as possible, so knowing that part worked well is definitely a win in our books.

And we hear you on the pricing – honestly, that's fair feedback. We put a lot into making our filters effective and reliable, but we also know that everyone's budget matters. We do run occasional promotions and offer subscription discounts for regular orders, which can help bring the cost down a bit. If that's something you'd be interested in, feel free to check out our website or drop us a line anytime.

That said, we're really glad the product itself is working fine for you. That means a lot to us.

Thanks again for being honest – it helps us get better, and we genuinely appreciate customers like you.

Wishing you plenty of great‑tasting water ahead!😊

Wow – thank you so much for this lovely message! It honestly put a big smile on our faces.

First of all, please give your dog a scratch behind the ears from us – sounds like you two are the ultimate hydration team! A gallon a day between the two of you? That’s impressive! We’re truly happy that our pitcher can keep up with your thirsty lifestyle and that the water stays fresh, cool, and tasty (as tasty as water can be, right? 😄).

It also means a lot to us that you find the system easy to use and that it fits right into your kitchen style. We put real thought into making sure our products aren’t just functional but also look nice sitting on your counter – so hearing that means the world to us.

And your kind words about the price and quality? That’s the best compliment we could ever ask for. We work hard to make great filtration accessible, and knowing we hit the mark for you makes it all worthwhile.

Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience. If you ever have questions, or if you feel like sending us a photo of your dog enjoying that fresh water, we’d absolutely love to see it!

Cheers to you and your four‑legged drinking buddy. Stay hydrated!😉

We’re really glad you decided to give Glacier a shot, and even happier that it’s working out so well for you. It means a lot to hear that the price felt right, installation was a breeze (we know that’s a big one!), and most importantly – that you’re enjoying the taste of the water.

That’s exactly what we hope for every single customer.

And knowing you’d buy again? That’s the best compliment we could ask for. We’ll be right here when you’re ready, and if you ever have questions or need anything at all, just drop us a line.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us – we truly value honest feedback, even when it’s not all positive.😊

We are genuinely sorry to hear about the confusion regarding the coupon for our under‑sink system. We completely understand why that situation left you feeling disappointed, and we can see how it might have seemed misleading. That was never our intention, and we sincerely apologise for any frustration this caused.

After looking into our records, we believe the 30% coupon you saw may have been tied to a specific promotion that had either expired or applied to a different product line. However, we realise that this was not made clear at checkout, and that is our oversight.

We have passed your feedback on to the relevant team. Should you need anything in the future, we can offer you further discounts; simply contact us at info@glacierfreshfilter.com.

It may sound simple, but getting the fit right and the shipping accurate is something we take very personally. We know how frustrating it can be when things don’t align or when a package goes astray, so we pour extra care into every order, from packing to dispatch to your doorstep. Hearing that we hit the mark for you gives our whole team a real boost of confidence and joy.

Your feedback also reminds us that the little details—like making sure the product matches your needs and arrives without a hitch—are what truly build trust. We’re so grateful that you noticed and took the time to share it.

Thank you for choosing us. We’d be honored to serve you again anytime—and we’ll always aim to be just as accurate and fast, every single time.

Thank you for your kind note—sometimes the simplest words carry the greatest meaning. Knowing that our delivery speed stood out to you truly makes our day.🥰

We believe that great service doesn't stop at a quality product; it starts the moment you place your order and ends only when your package is safely in your hands. That's why we put so much care into getting every order out the door as quickly as we can, while still ensuring it arrives in perfect condition.

We're genuinely grateful that you appreciated that effort. Your feedback reminds us that every minute counts, and we promise to keep running that extra mile for you—because you deserve nothing less than a smooth, fast, and reliable experience.

Thank you for trusting us. We hope to have the pleasure of serving you again very soon.

What a lovely review—thank you from the bottom of our hearts!❣️

We were especially moved to learn that you had been all set to install a whole under‑sink system, but then chose to trust Glacier Fresh instead. That kind of decision means more to us than you might imagine—it tells us that our vision of making great water simple and beautiful truly resonates with people like you.

We’re absolutely delighted that you love the sleek design on your countertop and, most importantly, that every sip of water brings you such fabulous taste. That’s exactly what we set out to achieve.

And about the wait—we deeply appreciate your patience and understanding. We know it felt like forever, and we sincerely apologise for that. But your kind words turn that wait into a compliment, because you now see why we never compromise on quality or stock readiness. We’d rather be temporarily out of stock than deliver anything less than perfect.

Your recommendation means the world to our small team—it fuels our passion and reminds us why we do what we do. Thank you for being so generous with your feedback and for giving us the chance to earn your trust.

We’re here for you anytime, and we hope to keep making your water taste just as fabulous, day after day.

It truly warms our hearts to read your review – especially knowing that you've trusted us not once, but multiple times for your LG refrigerator filters. That kind of loyalty means more to us than we can possibly say. 💙

We're so glad that each order has arrived promptly and well-protected, and that the price has always felt fair to you. But what really makes us smile is the little moment you shared – opening your refrigerator to a fresh, clean scent, pouring a glass of crisp water, and enjoying iced tea that tastes just right. Those everyday moments are what we think about when we're designing and testing every single filter.

Knowing that our product plays a small part in making your home feel a little fresher and your drinks a little more delicious – that's the reason we get up every morning. And hearing that you've been satisfied with us over and over again? That's the greatest reward we could ask for.

Thank you for your continued faith in Glacier Fresh. We promise to always work hard to deserve your trust, and we'll be here whenever you need us again.

Until next time, may your water always taste wonderful – and your iced tea be absolutely perfect! 🧊

Thank you for sharing this, and I am truly sorry for the frustration and inconvenience you’ve experienced.

You are absolutely right – receiving a keyboard instead of refrigerator air filters is unacceptable, and having to wait for an “investigation” only made things worse. I completely understand why you feel this looks like a scam, and I sincerely apologize for leaving you with that impression.

After reviewing your case, I see that a mistake happened in our warehouse. We should have shipped your correct filters immediately, and I am sorry we didn’t.

To make this right, I have already processed a replacement order for your refrigerator air filters at no charge. The new package has been shipped, and the tracking number has been sent to your email address. You do not need to return the keyboard.

Please check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for the tracking information. If you don’t see it within the next few hours, reply here and I will send it to you directly.

Again, I deeply regret the trouble this has caused you. We value your business, and I will personally make sure you receive the correct filters as quickly as possible.

Thank you for your patience and for giving us a chance to fix this.😊

At Glacier Fresh, we never want our customers to feel stuck or frustrated. When you reached out, our team saw a chance to help, not just process a request.
