The communication was prompt throughout. Just one amendment to payment after initial booking, but still alot better price than other sites. The documentation and flight info came through quickly and was able to manage my booking on the Virgin Atlantic website the next day. Very happy with the service provided.

We had a timing issue with the tickets…
We had a timing issue with the tickets for our flight the next day and Brian was so helpful and was able to sort it out for us promptly. He was very professional and kind.

Brilliant service
I can't remember the agent's name but he worked tirelessly into the early hours of the morning to find me a last minute flight to Chicago. My husband had to get back to his father in hospital, it was critical and I couldn't find any flights on my own. The agent checked many airlines, and deals over a 2hrs period and kept me updated. He was an angel in disguise. It was a very difficult situation. I would definitely this company again.
