First time using Glover & Howe, and I can honestly say it was really easy to arrange photo insurance. Tinu answered all my questions quickly and plainly without using any jargon. High recommended!

I have been with Glover & Howe for many many years and have always found them to be so very professional and personable.
My insurance as an amateur photographer has always been dealt with efficiency and attention to detail. I cannot recommend them enough despite the fact that I have not had to make a claim yet.
Samantha has been very helpful and they are always there to answer your questions quickly. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

A great company which makes dealing with them easy. They still have people at the end of a phone line which allows you to add equipment even when you're out and about. They also handle any claims quickly and efficiently.

Tinu was excellent. This is my first time going for Camera insurance and the process was simple. Tinu made time for me on the phone to ensure I was comfortable with everything as well as sending over information onto my email so I could read through in my own time!

The communication with staff was excellent….and no automated answer machines!

I took out a new camera insurance policy with Glover & Howe today and was very impressed with the customer service provided by Diane. From start to finish, she was professional, responsive, and thorough.

I needed clarification about some parts of the policy and Diane took the time to liaise with the underwriters and provided clear confirmation of the coverage terms.

Great service to create a bespoke quote to my specific circumstances. The only provider I could find to meet both my professional needs and travel coverage needs. Not needed to claim so cannot comment to my experience there.

I've been with G&H for 8 years now and although I haven't had to make a claim, I have had a great experience.

I find the team to be really helpful in explaining the insurance terms and in advising about modifications to my policy when I've had questions.

It has also been very easy to add small ad-hoc additions such as extra travel time, or adding new equipment etc.

And as a long term customer, upon renewal this year I got a nice discount for my loyalty and no claims. Generally more affordable than some big names.

Would recommend on the basis they feel honest and reliable!

This is the first time I have taken out insurance to protect my photographic equipment. Some companies I looked at seemed overly complex and daunting in their approach. Have used several photographic insurers over the years and found Glover & Howe to be easy to deal with for my recent needs. I found them by recommendation from a number of other long-time photographers and glad I did. Had to recently make a change for equipment changes and it went seamlessly.

I've lost count of the number of years I've been with Glover & Howe, but it must be more than 20 by now! And while I've never had to make a claim in all that time (so can't comment how easy they are to deal with in that regard), each year I've gone back to them because their pricing is good and the policy isn't full of tricksy little clauses designed to deprive you of the cover you need, when you need it.

I often scope around for alternatives, but haven't found anyone yet who quite matches Glover & Howe so they'll be keeping my custom for a while yet!

I’ve insured my camera equipment with Glover and Howe for the last 3 years and I’m very happy. The customer service staff have been great each time I’ve reached out to them. Changing insured equipment on the policy has been easy. Renewal prices are fair.
