I have been using Aaduki for many years and have always found then excellent. Great customer service and very quick to sort any claims. I would recommend them to all professional photographers !

I have been with Aaduki for many years.
My cameras bodies are failing and starting to malfunction, they are not even half way their shutter life expectancy. I wanted to send them to repair because I can't have faulty tools when shooting a wedding. My surprise when Aaduki tells me they won't cover anything. Only if is stolen or liquid damaged. Nothing like malfunctions or errors. WHAT????
This info is well hidden inside their 60page policy. I won't be renewing with them. Terrible service when you actually need them. Aaduki a basically a scam and like most insurers will delay or avoid any commitment.
I want an insurance that will actually fix/ replace my camera and tools when they are not working.... Aaduki won't do this.

I love the fact its always a person that answers the phone or phones me when I deal with Aaduki, my old insurance company hid their telephone number and it took a lot of digging to only find they would only respond to email, but Aaduki has always been a knowledgable and helpful person, it makes it so easy to do anything
