I have been using Aaduki for many years and have always found then excellent. Great customer service and very quick to sort any claims. I would recommend them to all professional photographers !

I photograph weddings and my main concern is leaving equipment unattended at a venue, after looking at different insurance options I chose Aaduki off the back of many recommendations from fellow colleagues as they include cover for my equipment unattended at weddings unlike a number of other companies.

I have had professional photography insurance with Aaduki since 2015. Fortunately I have never had to make a claim so can only really comment on the quality of the customer service which is honestly excellent. Phone calls are always answered rapidly within a few rings by a real human being, always a friendly, courteous and knowledgeable one at that, who can either answer any queries directly or be able to find the answers rapidly if not. Quotes and changes to policies have been made within minutes while on the line.
The policy documentation is detailed as it needs to be for specialist insurance of this type but is clearly written in plain English and easy to understand. I believe that it it is vital to read and understand any insurance policy terms and conditions to ensure that one is properly insured and complying with the terms of the policy to avoid any nasty shocks in the event of having to make a claim. I hope I never have to make a claim but I have no reason to think that I would have any problems if I did, given the excellent customer service I have experienced to date with Aaduki.

Avoid. Terrible. Nothing more to say then. Go anywhere else.
I'm not normally a person to review company's but the way Aaduki and especially the ladies in the claims department dealt with my claim was 5 Star. I damaged my camera body and lens and received brand new replacements as the damage was beyond repair. Highly recommend!

The test of any insurance company is " what happens when things
go wrong?"
I confess to being nervous when I had to put in a claim having only had insurance through Aaduki for a few months ( I was robbed when traveling overseas.)
Aaduki's communication with me was clear, what they needed was well described and their telephone approach was understanding and helpful. The outcome was that I was re-equipped within a working week.
That comfortably meets the test above and I have no hesitation in recommending them. None.

I have been insured by this company for years, never claimed until my camera was stolen. 'Don't Worry' I thought, I have insurance. Not worth the paper it's written on. The underwriters are Royal and Sun Alliance who are also a total joke. When they swerved paying out, they referred the case to someone to 'independently' assess the claim who I later found out also works for RSA, i.e. is on their payroll and therefore cannot possibly make an objective decision. After a very tedious, drawn out process with emails from Aaduki simply cutting and pasting chunks of the policy (not at all helpful or constructive) and avoiding answering specific questions, I have now changed my insurer. Lesson learnt but my advice would be to look elsewhere as they will do everything in their power to pass the buck and get out of paying out. Total joke.
I don't usually bother with leaving feedback or ratings for companies, but i've just had the pleasure of dealing with Aaduki again, but this time to make a claim.
They've insured my camera kit for quite a while now. Well I recently had reason to put in a claim following an accident in which I was unable to use any of my kit. I was distraught and frankly a little upset about the whole thing.
I called Aaduki and the young lady I spoke to put my mind at ease straight away. I submitted the details and a few emails went back and forth.
I had major concerns, as I thought this kind of thing takes ages to sort out and I had a photoshoot the very next day.
The arranged to cover the hire of any equipment I needed and the whole claim was finalised and sorted within a very quick amount of time.
You see? Sometimes it pays to have a good insurance company that you can rely on.

I have been insured with this company for many years now and I have nothing but positive comments. Staff are always so friendly and helpful and no matter what problems I have (I have had a few!) and it is never too much trouble! I would recommend this company to anyone!

I had cause to claim following burglary. They were only too pleased to tell me that I was under-insured by nearly £3800. I had to contact the underwriters themselves to intervene. They then tried to tell me where to shop for the replacement kit, not acceptable. Eventually I went to Calumet in Birmingham, and collected the cameras and lenses in person.
I have recently attempted to secure cover for £3.5K. They have refused to provide insurance. It was the same man who gave me the bad news on both occasions. I'm sure I could hear him smile.
So, beware,use manufacturers market prices, not the price that you pay.
Pretty shabby, quite frankly. Pretty shabby.
Rang round for quotes from several companies and Aaduki's price was the most competitive and with no ridiculous clauses that would have voided some of the policies I had been quoted by other companies. Documentation has come through very quickly. Highly recommended.
