My husband and I only work with Edward Walters an extraordinary agent who go above and beyond to assist with your coordination of flight schedules. Edward always remembers our seating preferences and preferred departure times. Edward arranged assistance both at LAX and CDG for my recent knee surgery, making our trip seamless. We’re referring ALL our family, friends and colleagues to Go Fly First and Edward Walters who always provides, personalized, competent, proactive and supportive services to my husband and I!

We only utilize Go Fly First and Edward Walters for all our flights. Edward provides excellent personalized service to my wife and I. Edward always remembers the little details about his clients, where they like to be seated, if my wife needs assistance departing and on arrival at the airport. Edward Walters was highly recommended to me from a friend who has another friend who highly recommended him to them and who would end up making it possible for me to travel overseas booking first class airline tickets. Being a bit skeptical since I’ve mostly only used one airline, but when worked with Go Fly First, I immediately felt comfortable and at ease after speaking to Edward who was super polite, with clear voice, intentions, and phone connection. He worked to find me the best deal and the process flowed very smoothly and on top of that I saved a lot of money!

Neal was very helpful in finding the better pricing on international air fares. He was very clear with directions for booking, timing and what to expect. He also encouraged us to move quickly since the rates can ratchet up quickly.

Neil found a deal far better than 4 others who were bidding. He was patient with us as our plans changed.

I worked with Neil over a few days to try and find the right flights for my trip to Scotland and then on to Germany. He was great to work with and I would definitely be in touch with GoFlyFirst again.

I was very skeptical about using this service but it checked out on all the trust sites and Marcus was able to get us the best deal by far compared to anyone else which made me more skeptical. I decided to bite the bullet and go for it and am very happy I did. Marcus answered all my questions, which were a lot, and talked me through everything. Our flights were exactly as described. Our Ireland trip was spectacular! Marshall Grey did a fabulous job, giving us a no-worry experience. Marshall will be our go-to guy when we take future trips!

The flight from MUNICH to LAX was delayed 3.5 hours prior to take off. The seat of the person sitting in front of me was malfunctioning and remained in the inclined plus position during take off all the way through landing. This made me very uncomfortable throughout the flight. The AC was not the adjustable type but the vent type, it was right above my seat and could not be adjusted even after I complained to the steward that it was freezing cold. I got home sick and it has been 3 weeks and I am not fully recovered yet. Worse service I experienced was on LUFTHANSA.

Percy was so helpful and did an amazing job. He provided us with alternatives for our flights and managed to obtain really excellent prices. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely use Goflyfirst.com in the future.

Percy went so far to take care of me with knowledge and patience and through some difficult occurrences.! He is very patient and listens and is a wonderful problem solver without making one feel they are a problem.
I have traveled the world and never have had such a patient and kind and problem solver as good as Percy!! I will surely refer all my friends who travel to Percy!!

I happen upon GOFLYFIRST because I missed my flight, which was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had, but I called GOFLYFIRST never heard of them before and they took care of me or one guy took care of me. His name was PERCY. PERCY was so kind he was so compassionate. PERCY was so generally concerned, he helped me to book another flight on a better airline. He actually got me a better flight than the first one. Percy was so kind. He was so professional. He was so patient. Marcus Davis was the agent who assisted me with my Business Class ticket to Switzerland. He was patient and attentive to all of my requests.
