I ordered an item on October 3rd. The order confirmation email says “ships within 11 to 22 day”. I emailed on November 1st asking for an update. The reply is an order cancellation.
What customer experience? Lol

The availablity to read these reviews on Trust pilot saved our family likely a giant headache and lost money.

Received "Error 404"
I also received Error 404 after ordering (twice, unfortunately). There was no message saying they received my order, even though I entered my credit card information.
I just read the other reviews and am going to contact my credit card company to report this scam.

Scam or just LACKING in customer service?
doesnt reply until you are forced to file with your credit card company. contact info is hidden, is listed on the scamwatch web site. the website is made through godaddy and is expired. once you actively pursue them for a refund, they finally give in and SAID they will. But then they wanted a different payment info like a paypal account. of which i do not have. Why not just reverse the original charge? Why not just say that item is not available? Why ignore the customer for weeks if you arent a scam site? They claim they are NOT a scam site. Id be happy to say they arent... If evenything added up... but sadly it doesnt. SO, i had to inform my credit card company. So NOW they sent me a CANCELLED ORDER email.

I placed an order on this website for Celtic salt and my bank immediately rejected it. I called the bank. They told me that this website was involved in many scams. Please do not purchase from this site. If you do give them your info, please change your credit card info immediately.
Online Operation Needs Improvement
I've had okay experiences in the stores for the most part, but their inventory is hit or miss these days. The prices are a bit higher than at most places, but sales are frequent; and their store-label brands are good and can save you some money.
My experiences with online orders have more often been bad than good, however, mainly due to long delays during delivery. Only a few of my online orders have been delivered on time. Most have been delayed from a few days to a few weeks.
It's a shame because the selection online is excellent, and sales are frequent. But deliveries have been more miss than hit
I probably should mention that in all cases when I ordered for delivery to my home, Goodandcare actually did ship the orders promptly; but the delivery companies they used dropped the ball.
Today, however, that option wasn't offered; so I didn't go through with the order -- even though I had a discount code available to me. Instead, I paid full-price with another vendor whose deliveries have been more reliable of late.
Because of this, although I'm dating my experience today, my experience was a non-experience. I didn't go through with the order. I would have if I could have chosen (or at known) the delivery company.
Like many companies, goodandcare could vastly improve their online experience by ALWAYS allowing the customer to choose their delivery method (at their own cost, of course). Some delivery companies are more reliable than others in different places. It's a very local thing.
In summary: The delivery is an integral part of online shopping, and it's where goodandcare has failed me more often than not. Let me choose -- and pay for -- the delivery method. A great selection of products doesn't mean much if they don't arrive in a reasonable time.

They processed my order on September 16th and as of the 26th still hasn't been sent. And they had the gaul to add an international charge to my order without my permission. Never returned my emails. Going to try to cancel the charges thru my credit card. DONT use this company

Took my Money and canceled the order after 20 days and holded my money for longer then that once canceled. Dont take orders and peoples money if you cant fulfil it!
Extremely Unprofessional and Undependable!
I was having trouble finding my normal mineral supplement and found it "in stock" at goodandcare.com. I paid extra for expedited shipping because I needed it right away. 10 days later I still hadn't even received a shipping confirmation. I emailed the company and two days later they finally replied to tell me it was out of stock and they were canceling my order. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING!!! Now they have waisted almost 2 weeks of my time and I am out of my supplement for even longer with unknown degrees of detriment to my body. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

This company is a scam. I placed my order over two weeks ago and it hasn’t shipped. I paid extra for a rapid dispatch, and 2 to 5 day shipping. They claimed that there was delays and there was short stock which should’ve been communicated, but wasn’t until I reached out and requested a refund. Their company address isnt real it’s just a street full of hotels. They also do not have any real reviews on their website.
