Good life sorted has made such a difference to my life, no longer have to struggle with what needs doing

Good Life Sorted provided us with a companion for my husband who has Alzheimer's, for when I have to leave him on his own. This gentleman is a godsend to us and undertakes anything we ask of him. GLS are approachable and ring us every so often to check that we are happy with the service they provide.

Through Good Life Sorted my wife – with early Alzheimer's – not only has now the unfailing support of an efficient and excellent helper, but also has discovered that the helper is a cheerful and warm-hearted friend.

Once a week Elizabeth visits and puts my groceries away after delivery. Elizabeth cleans the kitchen counters where the grocery bags were placed and then makes a cup of tea. We have a chat and that is really good, I look forward to that . Elizabeth advises me about my shopping. At the end of the visit she puts the bins out for collection the next day. I am nearly 86 and a little unsteady. Thank you Elizabeth.

My mother‘s helper is calm and helpful and willing to go the extra mile.

Words fail me explain just how wonderful your services is.
I am very well supported and we do lots of different things- which does include various medical appointments.
I feel very safe and cared for. We laugh a lot and talk a lot wherever we are.. We have very similar interests, perfect for me.

I needed a new cleaner for my 92yr old mother but one that would be able to engage with mum. I had a response very quickly from the local team. Within a day I was called again with a match and a contact number. They felt it was a good fit as the person in question had looked after her mum. Jessica was so good chatty and interested in mum. She left a thank you card and present when she had to leave as fond of mum. Another cleaner was organised and seemed even more of a fit. However mum was now in hospital after to separate falls and fracture. Care home will now be safest for her.
I was very impressed by how the company came about and how only a small portion of people looking for work are accepted by them. Showing they are looking for very caring people. Can’t remember how many months we have been using them but would not hesitate to recommend ALL the services they provide

When I was with this company I absolutely nothing but problems with them and I would highly not recommend them to anyone.

Twice they accuse me of not paying and tried to cut me off when I was not the one paying for it as this was being paid by the government.
My support worker that I had with them went off ill which meant that we're going to leave me for weeks of no help I will not be able to manage.
I have changed care providers and being with them for about six months now so much happier with them

Two carers from GLS, Joanne and Sara, have been supporting my sister, a single lady, to remain at home since her dementia diagnosis 2 years ago.
I honestly could not have managed without their care and support of her, taking her shopping, ensuring she was eating, helping with her pets, taking her to appointments and supporting her over all well being.
I was recommended to try GLS by Demetia UK and can honestly say they have been an absolute godsend, matching my sister to two great people who have gone above and beyond to support her to remain at home.
The whole experience with the company has been good from start to finish, with plently of support for me too as her LPA. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for support for themselves or a family member.

I was sent a home help who was very good at her job. I just asked her to do a number of jobs around our home and she was very thorough.

Having a helper for my mother from Good Life Sorted has made a massive difference to all our lives. My mother loves the visits and it means that she is getting a meal cooked for her on those 4 days plus company and so many other helpful jobs done. For me as her daughter who does not live nearby it is peace of mind that she has some quality care. I cannot fault the company or the carer. Thank you so much.

Good Life Sorted take away the worry about finding help. They take care to match carers with your individual needs. I felt comfortable with my carer from the initial visit and continue to look forward to her visits for her help and company.

I am a fit 90 year old and able to look after myself, do my own shopping, cooking, and most of my cleaning.
I decided I needed help with heavier jobs and researched online. Good Life Sorted is exactly right for me. I now have help one hour fortnightly with jobs that need a bit of muscle and Alan fits the bill perfectly. He’s happy to help in my courtyard garden as well as take on heavier jobs indoors. I’m sure in time I will need more help and, if Alan isn’t able to provide this, I’m confident I will be able to find it at Good Life Sorted.

Thrilled with the way Sue is looking after my parents. I highly endorse this organization; they consistently follow up to ensure all is well. Their pricing is quite fair as well.

I have not been well and struggling to cope at home. It is the first time I needed help at home and with visits to appointments. My helper is very good, understanding and thoughtful. The help I need is varied and we agree this each time through discussion. Even the word helper makes me feel independent but needing some help. From my first visit to the website, where I was encouraged by their approach, to my contact with the office staff, I have found them helpful and efficient. The matching process and the payment system work well for me.
I am very pleased that I chose Good Life Sorted and recommend them to anyone who, maybe for the first time, needs some assistance to make their life at home better.

This company deserves a mention since getting in touch with them,and supplying my Dad with a wonderful lady called Sue we could not be happier with the service recieved as I live about 2 hours away from my Dad it was impossible to help him with housework etc but now I do not have to worry as Sue does it for him he is a very independent man who would not thrive in a care home . Thank you this company for finding the perfect solution by the way my Dad is 99 in April

My 95 year old mother reluctantly admitted she could do with some help after she stopped driving, damaged her shoulder, became less mobile and fell and broke her arm, which did not heal properly. This compromised her ability to live alone without a struggle. Good Life Sorted proposed a fantastic helper who does housework, changes the bed, provides conversation, runs errands and is extremely efficient, thoughtful and kind. Mum has had her helper for almost a year and despite the initial reluctance to accept help, Mum would miss her terribly if she was not there.

In addition when Good Life Sorted learned of the reasons why my mother needed to have help they suggested we apply for Attendance allowance which Mum seemed to absolutely qualify when we went through her incapacities. They helped with the application which was successful.
