We had been recommended by other families to look at Good Life Sorted as our father has Alzheimer’s & as we all know more care & help is needed as this disease progresses.You get to choose from local helpers/carers that you feel will suit your family.. we are thrilled with our helper who is kind patient & very understanding with real knowledge & experience that is helping our Dad & us too! He is invaluable & we appreciate all that he does!

Straightforward, efficient and timely company to deal with. They seem to have a high standard of suggested people to choose from. We have found a great person and have absolutely no complaints.

Our dad was matched with a perfect companion who went out of her way to fill his afternoon with chatter, help with anxiety and a walk in the countryside.

My helper doesn't only do cleaning and tidying and leaves me with a cup of tea and makes sure things are left safe for me.

Linda is flexible and help me with what I need each time. I enjoy having a chat over a coffee and this social time helps reduce feelings of isolation as does taking me shopping, or to singing classes. Other help includes changing my bed, sorting and hanging laundry, clearing clutter, carrying things up and down stairs, wrapping gifts, caring for plants, topping up bird feeders and light housework, especially the lower areas I cannot reach.
I am sure it may not sound as though the activities provided would make a significant difference to my life but they do , for they enable me to save and use my limited energy better. Helping me to maintain my personal independence for as long as possible.

Living with Parkinson's is often exhausting and sometimes tedious, especially as I live alone. The service provided by Linda from Good Life Sorted is like a bridge between needing general housework done (which is not quite enough for my needs now) and personal care which is not yet needed. This also takes pressure off my family.

Alisha is wonderful! She is incredibly patient with my mother who is 97. She makes the time she spends with her fun and is very interested in her past. She also does some shopping for her.

I cannot rate the carers from Good Life Sorted highly enough, the care and help that they are providing for an elderly relative goes far beyond anything that I would have expected. The communication between the carers and myself has been excellent and they keep me informed of any problems. I'm glad that I decided to go with Good Life, they have dealt with details on the spot that I would have had to travel hundreds of miles to deal with. Many Thanks

We were looking for support for mum, not actual carer service, couldnt find what we needed until finding Good Life Sorted.... the helper takes mum out twice a week in car, Very reliable, caring, personalised service. Reasonable pricing too. Highly recommended..

Rachel, my visitor, is invariably cheerful, helpful and a good conversationalist. She is, reliably, always on time and appropriately empathetic to my health-driven moods. I value her visits, her dependability.

Visits to check on Mum and do light cleaning.

We have had two helpers and both have been helpful to Mum, keeping the house under control and keeping Mum company.

I have found Good Life Sorted to be easy to use and reliable. Our helper is experienced and professional, while also being friendly and wonderful with my husband who has Alzheimer's.

These are the people you need with you at one of the most difficult moments in life. Finding a helper for an elderly relative is an enormous responsibility, but from the outset Good Life Sorted inspired confidence. They take great care to match helper to individual and the arrangement to have a meeting with the proposed helper before any arrangement begins is a great idea.
My mother's helper(s) - plural because any time her usual lady is unable to attend, they find a truly lovely lady to take her place - are excellent. They bring energy, care and first class skills to everything they do. My mother views both of them as extra daughters!
What is particularly impressive is their ability to see beyond the basics which the family have asked for and their willingness to go the extra mile to add things like little outings or bring over extra shopping bits, which make such a difference to my mother. Communication between them and the rest of the family is great and we know that our mother is in the very best hands. Can't make a better recommendation than that!

A friend recommended Good Life Sorted when I was struggling to support my parents. After registering we quickly found a lady who sounded ideal and was local to my parents. After our initial visit we agreed to start visits and these have been really successful. My mother cares for my father who has dementia so the helper comes and acts as her companion, helps with household chores, shopping and garden centre outings. She has become part of our team and part of the family.
We work together to ensure Mum is supported and she’s also managed to gain my fathers trust and he is happy to have her around so I can take Mum out for a break.
Good Life Sorted is an excellent solution for those not needing personal care but needing some help and companionship.

I and my parents have been delighted with the two lovely ladies that come in several times a week between them to help out in many different ways. They are like part of the family and have a huge impact on the week to week assistance needed to maintain their independence at home.

The care staff are all very willing and complete their routine tasks effectively. some are better then others at a few tasks, but those who are the subject of this review are conscientious.

A very nice company, my lovely lady that comes and helps me once a fortnight is so lovely, she gas grown to be a friend. All she does is spot on and it's a pleasure to have her in my home and look forward to her visits.
