This service has helped my mother (who has Alzheimer's Disease) in many ways. Leila, who visits mum, is kind and understanding of mum's situation. She takes mum out, gives her companionship and stimulation with conversation and the things they do, ensures she is safe and well. I always have a brief message about what they have done and how mum is. This is peace of mind for us, as we know Leila has mum's best interests in mind at all times. We would recommend Goodlifesorted.

Good life sorted havs provided excellent carers to look after my 91 year old mother. She needs minimal care but really enjoys the company after losing my dad two years ago. Her carer’s have become friends to her. They take her to the shops and for doctor’s appointments as well as light housework and gardening. The service has given me peace of mind as I do not live close to my mum. Good life sorted has been a blessing. Thank you

Mum's Good Life Sorted companion has become like one of the family, she is an absolute delight and mum looks forward to her visits. She is also brilliant at communicating via email, checking if there's anything specific that needs addressing prior to her visit and offering feedback if required. She is a real treasure and we are very grateful to have her support.

I couldn't be happier with the service we received from the start. The support worker, who helps my mother maintain her independence and provides company, is now part of the family. I'm so grateful my partner saw the advert and suggested I called Good Life Sorted. It really has been a blessing for my mother. I work full-time and while I can help her with personal care, because of my working hours I can't always be there to help her get out and about and socialise. This is where Good Life Sorted have been a boon to us. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Judith our companion from Good life sorted has been a lifeline for our mother, a total asset, helping her with a bit of vacuuming and talking with her and just being a company for her.

Good life sorted put us in touch with Karen to help care for my mother in law. Karen has been brilliant. She always goes the extra mile and nothing is too much trouble for her.

Finding a helper for our Aunt was a whole minefield and new to us. We chose our helper who has proven to be excellent & is now invaluable. She goes above & beyond for my Aunt and keeps us informed of any concerns. My Aunt is very comfortable with the helper. We have had an excellent experience and could not rate the helper highly enough. We are so grateful that the whole process has worked really well for us at a difficult time as our Aunt lives on her own and has no family nearby.

Kirstie visits Mum twice a week and has become invaluable to her. She always arrives with a happy smile and brightens Mums day along with helping her with whatever she may need doing. They have become good friends too.

Our family has used Good Life Sorted to support my uncle for some months now. Robert C and Deborah W are fantastic! They are reliable, kind, have endless patience and are willing to be flexible to my uncle's needs or appointments whilst also getting him out and about to give him a 'good life' - sorted!

Robert has taken him to medical appointments, coffees by the sea and in the garden centre and does anything else that crops up around the house as well as moving his hobby to make it accessible to him which has brought him a huge amount of joy.

Deborah has only been with him a few weeks and has already got his house looking and smelling wonderful, ensures clothes and bedding are washed and helps him sort out his food. She manages to do this without upsetting him which is amazing.

I have every confidence that when my elderly mother is with her GoodLife Sorted carer she is being well looked after.

My mum's Good Life Sorted helper Jo has been with her since 2021. When Jo first came, my sister and I had really struggled to get mum to accept any help, but once Jo had been to see her a few times, everything went smoothly. Over the past three and a half years, mum has become less able, and what Jo does for her has gradually changed - while Jo still does practical stuff (cleaning, taking mum shopping), it's now very much about companionship too. It's an incredibly valuable addition to family support. We feel the service is extremely good value, especially given its flexibility. This is the third good review I've written as time has gone on, and I would highly recommend Good Life Sorted.

The staff have been very helpful and I would like to thank Sally for all the hard work she did for me on the Attendance allowance I could not have done it on my own and I am very grateful for her help.
I would also like to thank you for giving me Terry as my twice a week helper hecgot me out walking after my accident and we get on very well and I look forward to his visits on Wednesday and Saturday. Thank you all for your expertise and experience you have given me a new lease of life as I was very depressed before your help.

Seems to be a scam targeting the most vulnerable. Their mailshots and literature are misleading and untruthful. They offer domestic help and say the first hour is free. It isn’t! They don’t offer anything free but claim it’s because they don’t charge for quotations or looking at the job (No other companies charge for just looking at a job).They claim the first hour is for a “chat” What would one find to chat about to a stranger for an hour is mystifying. The person who rang stressed all the tasks they don’t do. At £25 an hour, everything they offer is available elsewhere (NHS, Social services, charities) either free or at lower rates. .

They helped us with everything....would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Goodlife completed about 60 questions on my behalf to apply for Attendance Allowance. They had only one telephone session with me to compose their answers, and I needed just a few amendments made to the final presentation. Despite some doubt on my part as to the outcome, it was successful. I doubt I would have achieved this on my own.
