It’s rare, these days, to have customer service in which the company seems to provide service to their customer. Speaking to a polite, helpful human being remains the gold standard. I wish more would cease putting up ‘bots’, which only answer questions that you don’t want answered, and instead, place more faith in people. Thanks.

My answer is based on the treatment I received from the staff. They were very friendly, understanding and patient. Because of that, I believe that I must give them the answer I believe they deserve.

There seems to be a dubiety in my policy. I spoke to the representative and even after consulting with his colleagues could not come to a definitive answer. He said he would have to discuss it with the underwriters and get back to me. I'm still waiting!!

I have loved dealing with Superscript - even though we have just cancelled our policy as we have sold our rental property. What a treat to be able to pick up the phone and call a UK number for assistance......and someone answers it straight away! Chalee was extremely helpful and polite and so were the other customer service advisors I spoke to during the cancellation process ( I didn't get their names) The whole experience from first taking a policy out with Supercript has been smooth and easy. The policy documents were clear enough for a layperson like me to understand! Well done Superscript, I will definitely be recommending to others.

I was surprised how quick it all was. A refreshing change from the normal dragged out process of buying insurance.

Called to report a loss the handler said if it’s lost someone must have stolen it, I didn’t question it or agree but I wasn’t covered for theft but I was for loss, basically trying to scam people into saying it was stolen so they don’t have to pay. Claims are only paid 70% of items worth and they try every trick in the book to avoid paying out. Avoid, I only had a minor claim but if this was serious I’d be very concerned they’d find a way out of it through their T&Cs..
