No response on their phone
Can't get through to no one via their phone line. The phone just rings and rings with no answer.
Trying to cancel my renewal policy but they keep trying to take money out of my account and send text messages and emails, even though I have cancelled.

Used to be alright when they'd bother to answer their emails
Never used to have a problem with Superscript until recently. Emailed several times last week asking if I could cancel my policy - never had a single damn reply. How hard is it for christ sake to answer an email?!
As a previous review mentions, if you want to cancel you're forced to phone which isn't always possible during the course of a day! I did manage to eventually make the call and funnily enough no one answered. Luckily I persisted and did eventually get through. Got charged for another month's policy due to their 30 day cancellation ploy 🙄 Still never received any actual written confirmation to say that the policy was now due to be cancelled though - presumably as that would require answering an email once in a while.

Impossibly hard to cancel beware!
This is one of those companies that make it effortless to sign up and pay them money, but as soon as you need to cancel they put every obstacle possible. For example, this online company with a fully fledged portal forces you to call them up to cancel during specific hours, to be put on hold for an indefinite amount of time. They also "require a 30 day notice period" - as if it costs them anything to process a cancelation. They squeeze you for one more month. Horrible company.
