I received a phone call the same afternoon as sending an email request for PLI, and was taken through the process of buying the policy in a very short time. This is the third time for me with Superscript, and while I've never had the need to claim, I'm very happy with the service I get from. them.

Great good price

The insurance team were very responsive. Asked all the questions up front and came back quickly with updates.

The only issue I had was when I asked whether the claim would increase the cost of the policy next time - I did not get an answer initially I had to push. But I did get an answer in a timely manner so was very happy with the way things were dealt with. Claim was paid 2 days after acceptance. It was like a breath of fresh air after dealing with other insurance Companies whose onyl answer is no.

A refreshingly simple exercise in obtaining a comprehensive plan to protect my assets.

Good job! Cheaper than the other quotes. Especially if add in extras like Emergrncy Cover.

Extremely Poor Experience and Unresolved Claim

As a Managing Director, I expect professionalism and transparency from an insurance provider. Unfortunately, my experience with Superscript has been highly disappointing.

My legitimate claim has remained unresolved for over 18 months and still not solved , despite continuous follow-ups and assurances. During this period, my premium was doubled without any prior notification or explanation, which is unacceptable.

The overall service and communication have been unresponsive and lacking accountability. After this experience, I have completely lost confidence in Superscript and cannot recommend them to any business seeking reliable protection or support.

For landlord insurance superscript is very competitive. I recommend them to all landlords.
