Very good process for onboarding, and taking your money, direct debits, all that is easy.

But when you actually need them, they're hopeless.

I had been with them for a good 3 years, paying £60 a month - was happy and I felt good, but the two times that I needed them, I got handed to a company called ARAG, the first time, ARAG never replied to me - they then paid me compensation for not replyign to me, the second time, most recently, ARAG tell me after waiting for them for two weeks to get back to me, that I am not covered by superscript, or ARAG for the matter!

Surely superscript know what I am paying them for / what I am covered for.

No problem getting through by phone and quickly sorted me a great price for Public Liability Insurance. Will use again!

It was all ok up to signing the contract. it was confusing and not straight forward. I'm still not sure what I signed for.

Disappointed that Superscript increased my monthly premium payment without informing me. They just did it on renewal without sending me any warning. Their communications ask whether I’ve ‘enjoyed’ being a customer. No. I’d like some work from them to communicate changes in pricing.
It’s not the money, it’s the principle.
