Really happy that you enjoyed the Ikaria Thyme Honey and the EVOO — and thank you for coming back to us again.
The EVOO you chose is our high-phenolic, early-harvest Atsas from Cyprus, one of the special oils we are very proud to have in our collection.
At Gourmet Groceries, we love discovering products from the Blue Zones of the Mediterranean, especially from small producers who still make things the traditional way.
Our aim is simple — to work directly with these small producers and bring their products from their farms and islands directly to customers around the world.
From the honeys of Ikaria to exceptional olive oils from across the Mediterranean, we try to bring you products that are authentic, special and not easy to find elsewhere.
Thank you again for your trust, Robert. We really appreciate it!

Thank you so much for your wonderful review and for your heartfelt words. We are truly delighted that you enjoyed our PAMAKO Premium Monovarietal Extra Virgin Olive Oil and that you could experience the difference a genuine, high-quality olive oil can make.
We also appreciate your thoughtful comments regarding the price. Producing exceptional early-harvest olive oil in limited quantities requires great care and dedication, but we always strive to offer the very best quality and value to our customers.

Dear Feras,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We are sorry to see that your experience did not fully meet your expectations. We would, however, like to clarify a few points for the benefit of other customers.
Regarding the polyphenol certificate, the analysis/certificate for the product is available on the product page of our website and can be viewed by anyone before purchasing. We always try to provide as much information as possible about the products we offer, particularly with our high-polyphenol and medicinal-grade EVOOs.
Regarding temperature-controlled shipping, this is something we take seriously, especially during the summer months. At present, it is not realistically possible to keep an EVOO refrigerated or cold throughout a 3–4 day international express shipment. Air-courier shipments also have additional restrictions regarding the use of ice and cooling materials, while adding ice packs increases both the weight and the shipping cost considerably.
Nevertheless, we are currently looking into offering optional cool packaging for customers who specifically request it and are happy to pay the additional cost involved. This could include an insulated cool bag and suitable cooling packs, with the additional weight and courier charges calculated accordingly.
In your particular case, when you contacted us regarding the first bottle, we went a step further and sent you a replacement EVOO with additional cooling protection at no extra cost, as we wanted to make sure you were satisfied with your purchase.
We are therefore sorry that you still felt disappointed with your experience. We genuinely value every customer and always try to find a solution when something goes wrong.
Thank you again for your feedback. We will take it into consideration as we continue improving our service.
Warm regards,
Stelios
