7 days passed and I haven’t received…
7 days passed and I haven’t received the order,by the way the website says international orders take about 4 to 6 days shipped by(DHL) but the shipper is FedEx
Update:
To be honest after the delivery arrived at the eighth day,and i checked the packaging it was great and save except (pamako) was leaking from the cap,i think because the extreme high temperature in my region,
Although all products were in great condition and taste good,by the way i will order in the next harvest in (winter) time to get the full experience of fresh olive oil,
I don’t recommend ordering in high temperatures unless if there is way to make the oil in a cool and cold place.

Bottle Seal needs fixing
The oil is great, but i am disappointed that the closure cap is not fixed properly and does not close, evrntuslly letting air in and oxidizing the product. For that price, one needs to expect a proper bottle sealed.

Regarding the cap, we'd like to clarify that this closure is the one selected by the producer and is intentionally designed to be applied without heat during the bottling process. This helps preserve the exceptional quality of this very high-polyphenol olive oil by avoiding any unnecessary heat exposure during packaging.
Although the cap may feel different from some conventional closures, it is designed to provide a proper seal and protect the oil during storage and transport. We have not experienced oxidation issues with this type of closure under normal use, but we truly appreciate your comments and will certainly pass your feedback on to the producer for consideration.
