Everything is just on point. No issues

It is a big help in location a crew I am looking for without having to call first if they have moved from what the location sheet shows.

Jim was very helpful and thorough with the issue that I had called about.

Very Professional Staff. The system is very user friendly. Installation is minimal. Dashboard and Driveri very detailed and easy to interpret.

Great fast customer support and Tech support

This is a great program. The customer service is always on point to help if it is needed. With the Driver I app, it is very useful for the drivers to see what they are getting scored on. This is what I personally feel like is the best way to learn and improve on bad driving habits.

We have been working with them for years for our fleet management. Our client service rep, Benjamin, is very friendly and professional. He is very prompt to return my emails. And if we ever have a problem with a device he works quickly with the support team to get it resolved.

The things I called about were never correct or problems were not resolved

We are still getting used to the trackers, but like what we see once we figure stuff out. It would be nice if a little more information was given so help with learning how to use the system instead of having to go back and forth between screens to learn it all. I am sure the rating will go up as we get more used to the program and all its uses.

There was a short wait to get someone on the phone. The person on the phone identified my issue right away. They knew it would need some additional help to reprogram the GPS device and said they would follow up with a email once completed. They completed the issue from start to finish in under 1 hour.

Easy to buy, install and configure. A good value for our small fleet.

Sabrina's teir 2 customer service was excellent and comprehensive. She provided a complete review of my support request finished by a complete thorough resolution of my issue. The tracking and support provided has been phenomenal and provides all relevant data in an easy to use interface.

Buyer beware! We have had gps insights system for years used to be Rhino. Just last year we were talked into their updated system with cameras because they said the Rhino app Rhino ap was not supported anymore. They have been nothing but problematic. They can see we have not used them and that we have given feedback over the year. We asked for them to cancel our agreement which we had to sign a 3 year agreement. If they worked great then it would be fine but they don't. Why would you want to keep an upset customer.

We use GPS insight for asset tracking and find the online infrastructure easy to use. We also appreciate the reporting function on asset location history.

I had an issue linking the DriverI system to my GPS Insight system. The Tech support specialist there, Yvonne Cale, was amazing. She was able to help me get through the issue and resolve it quickly.
