Where to begin?

Is it the consistently irritating *pinging* that I'm following too close, when I'm over 3 car lengths behind someone? Being forced to drive BELOW the speed limit? (It's almost as if developers WANT me to get rear-ended) Or is it the constant monitoring of employees as they simply try to eat their lunch??? (remote workers)

There is such thing as hurting and not helping, while I understand wanting to monitor driving activities, but I feel this is more to "monitor" employees rather than safeguard against irradic drivers.

Quite frankly I'm disgusted for when I try forwarding any complaints or concerns, those messages are "filtered" down to my "Safety" Manager, commencing a "talk" that is essentially a run around to get me to leave it alone.

So sick of this! LYTX IS TRASH!

Don't Docusign their contract before your attorney reviews it! The sales rep quoted us a 3-year plan but the contract was for 5 years. Their contract automatically renews, without notification, two months before it expires. The camera and GPS hardware dies years before your contract ends and the replacement cost for dead hardware is astronomical. Support takes weeks to respond and is incompetent. I would never recommend this company.

Do not get these installed.. 4 of our fleet vehicles lost power to multiple electronics (headlights, taillights, horn, radio, blower motor.... causing us lots of stress trying to service our customers safely.

I finally found me a good paying job. The only thing that is ruining it are these trash cameras. One of my vehicles had a very sensitive camera and it kept dinging me for following distance despite me being 4 seconds behind a car already! That caused me to get “coached” by my supervisors. These cameras do more harm than good. There’s a chance that you have to break a law, or cause unnecessary traffic behind you because these things will ding you for every single thing.

Drivecam goes out of its way to harm users and fails to account for many variables, other then their analytics. It is not police oriented and fails to account for emergency vehicle operations. When the police show up late to your emergency…probably ask yourself…is it cause they were more concerned about their drive cam going off then esponding to your house.

Tech problems with system. False reports sent in, gps locating is off by miles. Violations are reported when no violation was committed. System has problems that need fixed.

There is no such thing as customer service, they will try to NOT help you with their obviously flawed video trackers with Chinese electronics or their failed online platform. Many Better Business Bureaus are restricting them as a fraudulent, predatory company & first responders are dropping the useless product.

Total disaster!
When a motorist from a parked position pulls out instantly and directly in front of my moving vehicle, In no way am I fault because I stopped my vehicle from hitting theirs in that second of a stupid motorist behavior like your disgusting system declared. No way at all. Btw who's got 30 years of blemish free perfect driving record in your company? I sure do by the way. Your lying bs garbage system won't bring me down.

They are the worst they flag bc I had music to high but I still could hear everything around me the shit test safety dash cam company of all time bc its called insurance lol get out of here with that bs and it lags u when a car is coming on to the on ramp of a interstate saying following distance like for reals

It's come down to none associated people that never been in a truck never driven in a truck but yet these imbeciles are scoring and dedicating how you should drive unreal what's this industry has involved too!!!

Terrible customer experience even though I worked with a head sales member of Lytx. Made false promises to us.

LYTX is an awful company. Their camera are constantly disconnecting and reconnecting like they have a mind of their own. Very unrealizable. They don't store video footage on cloud but on the device so if the camera is damaged in an accident, you're out of luck. Tech support barely speaks English.

These things should be illegal. What seems like a great idea becomes a tool of abuse. It is well known how bad American trucking companies treat their drivers. This has become a tool for them to further the torment. It is NOT about safety. American trucking companies care nothing about safety (like CMS is supposed to prevent collisions, but slams on brakes for overhead signs, over passes, and birds). They care about covering their wallets and micromanaging the drivers. Treating them as subhuman garbage. CDL means Commercial Driver's License. NOT Certified Dumb Loser. But. That is how the trucking companies treat the drivers. As Certified Dumb Losers. Drivers now drive way worse that they did in 2002. The stress levels are out the roof. The Tool-4-Torment make it worse.

The speed monitor, GPS, and dash cams are fine, but their AI algorithms have tons of glitches and false reports. Someone had a sucker in their mouth, it dinged them for smoking. Multiple drivers have been dinged for no seat belt because it blends in with their shirt, multiple "lens obstructed" notices when their isn't one.

The technology and coaching platform are superior to competitors and have remained so through the 10 years I've used Lytx DriveCam. This allows for proactive leading indicators based on Supervisor and Manager coaching performance. We've seen a decrease in vehicle incidents and tort law due to this system.

This system is designed for proactive fleet safety programs to help address behaviors before they become an issue. If you're looking for a crash camera and don't want to be proactive, this system may not be for you.

The app is not straightforward at all it's hardly user-friendly some icons would be nice it could be a whole lot smoother and a whole lot easier to use

We spent two years trying to get Lytx to fix a faulty camera. Multiple people tried and tried and tried, but never got past their customer service reps, who would open a case just to close it the next day, or never open one at all. We kept getting told that someone would call us, and no one would. We didn't get put through to anyone who would actually do anything until we threatened to take our business elsewhere. They then tried to charge us $560 to fix the camera, saying that we should have told them sooner as the warranty had just expired. Definitely makes me suspect they purposefully gave us the run around on getting the camera fixed until after the warranty expired. Worst customer service I have ever experienced, and I hope nothing goes wrong with any of our other devices, as I don't want to waste another two years of my life trying to get something fixed.

Terrible service all around, zero communication once the sales team signs you up

I am going to million dollor sue to this company. Because so many malfunction detect posted speed.

On the highway when i bypass closed scale, but lytx read right side scale enter speed 30mph then warning "speed speed" this means cannot distingush what belongs posted sign. If i am not entering Scale then i can drive as 65mph.

Not only this more a lot like missjudgement speed warning very daingerious to driver. If i call got break then other following truck can hit my truck.

Why this company sale like unfair device?

I will show you, fair judgement at the court using by collected evidence, also unfair pressure to driver it can cause mental disturbing on the driving. This company must ready for this. Fxx device.

Are you ready to defend my sue?

Also this Lytx install company cannot defend because my Law firm is very good company.
